Excellent experience from the first call to talk about possible options through the surgery and post operative care.
No pressure to sign up, unlike other places when I was doing my research. Kate was my patient coordinator; very professional, approachable, friendly and efficient.
Clinical team that looked after me of the day of my surgery were great. have the complimentary neck and shoulder massage before the surgery, its a great relaxant.
I highly recommend Glenn Carp as your surgeon; talks through everything, even through I probably asked the same questions very other patient does, I never felt as if I was being rushed or silly for asking anything.
Post operative support has been excellent; from the kit with the drops and timer...to the text messages and their App.
Oh and lastly lovely offices in Harley Street and a good cup of coffee!
It's not cheap, (had my surgery in Oct 2017) but they provide a first class service and use cutting edge technology. A great team.
