My company is currently in the process of transitioning to Lightspeed Loyalty and our Account Manager, Jeremy Smith has been super helpful through it all. He provided all the necessary tools to show us a thorough demonstration and was there for all the questions we had. He was great about checking in on us during our decision process and is helping us ensure we have a very smooth transition.
