I love Zillow, However I notice that WA New homes that are in the 500, and up are not worth it just a basic starter home with a few upgrands. WA older homes are not well kept not even update. Zillow has poor, outdated, and erroneous data on it's site. If zero stars was an option that is what I would give it. If you do a statistical average on their reviews they add up to lower than the stated "4.0". Fraud alert!!
