I have been looking for non woven blinds since last two months.they still not available at store. Very disappointed

However checkout is far too slow!

I use to like the store but has become very pricey over time as I use to work there over 10years ago, (was not pricey) went to the store this morning met upon a woman who told us to wait inline in dint mind but her whole attitude was very appalling and I'm sure this is not how you train your staff members, also felt discriminated at the same time, I gave this a extra star as the lady at the till was amazing, which I normally not the case as the staff members half of the time look miserable

Good for bits and bobs around the house. Always spend ages browsing the shelves for bargains. Good range from kitchen and home wares to bathroom and cleaning supplies. Stationary and confectionary. Salted caramel fudge chocolate balls are the best. Tills look busy but the queue does go down quickly.

Nice shop. Good prices. Always something to buy. The cashiers however are so slow. It makes me wonder also why I never see any white British employees. Strange that.

Always clean and tidy. Shame that they don't always have the stock of what you want. Staff are friendly and helpful (most of the time) and the waiting time in queues isn't so bad, considering how busy it gets.

Found the member of staff not very helpful. Wanted to check stock availability of an item, was told they'll restock overnight if there's any.

Best prices I have seen so far and a lot of varieties. Very friendly staff and customer service too!

Only polite members of staff at this store is Srite and Meeta

Unhelpful and rude due to queque, they should help their customer not just said go away

Perfect for home improvement items and you can always get a decent price for the items

Great shop. Friendly, helpful staff. Always a great range of products at very reasonable prices. I especially recommend the two pick and mixes. One is the traditional sweets and the other is the hardware! You can fill a bag full of screws, bolts, washers and nuts for only a couple of quid. Great if you only need a few odd bits and pieces.

Only went in for some earphones this time but is a good place and can get plenty of things I need at relatively cheap prices.

This is and excellent shop to visit if you are looking for house product. Excellent pricing

I always have negative experiences here.

For example, I went in today to get a drink. Only the express tills were open, with 3 cashiers even though there was a long line that doubled back on itself.. I really thought you got rid of the single queue a while ago because it didn't work! I waited for 5 minutes, only for 6 people to decide they were in front of me. Decided to leave it and won't be returning.

Another example is the time I bought an ironing board from here. I used it maybe 5 times, only to iron my work uniform. After less than a week of owning it the string holding the cover on started to unravel in places, making it unusable. I took it back only to be told that it's standard wear and tear. Eventually they gave me my money back, but it felt like a battle.

In short, this store is either a waste of time or waste of money, or sometimes both.

Well stocked superstore on DIY and household products. The products are of excellent quality.

Has everything I needed at the time. Reasonable prices, quick queues, helpful staff.

Everything you need under one roof! Can't beat wilkos on choice and value for money.

Love Wilko, especially at the moment when not many people are in the store due to covid 19. Staff can be hit and miss depending on who serves you but the range of items in store and prices are great

I had to wait more minutes, because all cashier was closed, as you can see on the picture. If there are lot of customers why they not open more to reduce the waiting time?

It is one of the best shops around if you are making small DIY jobs around the house. Most of the times when I am buying stuff, the shelves will be well stocked and then when you are checking out, the checkout staff are friendly, fast, professional and always deal with the queues efficiently

Shop has an ok range but paying for anything is a joke. 20+ in the queue and only 2 tills open. Tell a staff member and said Im finishing in a few minutes.

Good shop but very long queues due to covid 19. It can take up to 20mins to get into the shop.

Huge queues. Two staff serving. Where r the other staff? Sort it out. Won't be going there again! Need more staff as this isn't right. Wasted half an hour queuing. Left the store without buying what I required so bought from somewhere else

from a to z they got everything at very competitive prices. great friendly and energetic staff. could do with a spruce up though, the shop looks boring

Great Wilko store opposite the bus station in Leicester city centre. Stocking a wide variety of items including DIY, home furnishings, garden supplies and toiletries. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Wilko used to sell the best DIY products such as paint brushes and all the products too do with decorating but they seem to have gone off them sort of things and gone more things for the home and for students

We use this store a lot. A a large selection of household goods at a good price. Paint. Pet food. Lights. You name it.
Should avoid peek times. If visiting on a Saturday best avoid between 11 am and 4 pm. Gets crazy with very impatient people.

I have for ever love and loved Wilkinson's . The smell as you walk in the doors amazing prices this store as every thing you need for your home and garden .
