Shockingly poor behaviour from staff, lengthy cues, ignorant staff and the man who served me was not only incredibly unhelpful, but was extremely hostile towards me in front of a crowd of customers when i voiced a complaint and actively stated he wasn't concerned about his customers' needs OR the state of the store, recommend avoiding if you would like to be treated like a human being

So much choice for pets household and office always find what I want.

Overall, great experience. The service was good and i had no problems.

Beware and check your receipt before you leave the store. Sometimes staffs accidentally scanned same item twice and you will end up paying more for it.

I had to go through head office to get my refund back as the store manager refused to check the system and cctv camera. She also lied that store only records 2-3 days worth recording... just because store were on guilty side. I told them that I am happy to wait month or two if it takes more time to check but she refused as she never wanted to do anything.

Good job I rang head office and they managed to help the issues out within an hour.
I am regular shopper from Wilko and this happened with me for the first time.
I could have given more star but store supervisor don t have no manners whatsoever when it comes to refund. She didn t apologise or neither said anything instead gave me a grumpy look. Very bad.!

Just lately seem less staff on tills . theresalways long queues . seems more busy they are there is less on tills . seems get worse everytime go there

No service, nobody cares about customer. Empty shelves. It is totally waste of time to go there.

I prefer my local wilko some of the staff in this large store on every time I shop know the stock levels of every product they have and without a second to think say no it s out of stock then look at another work employee it s out of stock ain t it.this happens each time.Have they got photographic memories or can t be bothered to look and if you call they can t tell you stock Enquires due to covid 19. Find that amazing too. Apologies to the staff that do go the extra mile but they are few and far between

Great store, the products are cheap as well as high quality. I shopped here in September to get all of my college stuff before moving out and the stuff I got was cheap and goo. The stationary I purchased here was significantly cheaper than the other stores like WHSmith and Ryman stationers.

Queuing is a major issue at this store but the staff are very helpful and this store carries all major products they sell etc

It's a big store for city and county. There's plenty of products on the shelves for everything that you need. Can get very busy at times and tills can have a very long queue. Car park a plenty being based in the city.

A fairly standard wilkos has every thing you might want. But the queues do tend to be quite long!

Wilko supplied me with 2 fantastic storage solutions; however, while I was tempted by the array of fat ball food options for birds I was disappointed by the lack of a vegetarian option.

There was an ambiguously worded tub full of bird balls that described the ingredients as 'Oils and fats' but on contemplating the possibility of these not being animal fats I reasoned it to be highly unlikely.
