My son had an appointment was at 12pm and went in three hours later. Once inside, they gave me the consent forms to sign and I was reading them and Dr. Knapp was telling me if I was done in a rude tone. And I told her I m reading what I need to sign but she seemed so fed up and in a rush!! The other assistants sat down my son and put straps around his arms. Dr. Knapp asked me once again if I was done reading and signing and I told her nope. Since I was not done sh decided to just took of the strap off my son in a very nasty attitude and pulled my son off the chair!! And I got very upset because that is my son being mistreated by the dentist. And Since I was in the room and see what she did I asked the other three assistants if that s how she treats kids!?!? And all three assistants turned away and looked at each other and did not say yes or no. So I told her assistants to cancel my appointment and left because the doctor was being rude, had no patience, nasty attitude and mistreating my son. No kid should be treated that way! It s not the kids fault if she was having a bad day. My son and I deserve to be respected and to be able to trust the dentist that is treating him.

Arshia the hygienist did an amazing job. She was very detail and explain everything I needed to know about my gum tray. Excited to see changes on my teeth. Also, overall I have had a great experience with the staff and my appointments.

It is a horrible place, I had to wait for such a long time and then the workers have the nerve to tell me I am not covered with my insurance. But what was even worse is that I left all my insurance information months ago.

This worst place i ever been. This the 3rd time I cancelled it in a row. I waited for 2 outside. And people came before me when they just came.Worst service.

The worst dentist place I ve ever encountered!!! I had an appointment at 1:30 and took my daughter out of school then proceeded to wait one hour and half until I got up to ask what was going on only to get told I had to wait an additional 2-3 hours!! I do not recommend at all!! They have soo many people waiting to be seen because they clearly want to schedule enough people to make the most money for the day but have no regards to their patients.

I honestly hate this place, was brought here since I was very little. My teeth use to be nice, beautiful and straight. After so many years they would poke a little hole on some of my teeth. In fact, as an adult, the dentist put a crown on one of my teeth. In order to make the crown fit he shaved the side of the tooth next to it to make it fit. Instead of sending it back to the lab to be the appropriate size. My teeth are now crooked, broken and so ugly. Now I have to resort to getting implants. They lie to your face and tell you they didn't do the damage when they did. Don't trust them, don't give them a single penny! They put so much anaesthesia once that I couldn't Breath anymore. All the money that was spent just for them to ruin my life by ruining my teeth.

Had a maintenance cleaning done by a hygienist named Arshia and couldn t be more satisfied. She was very respectful, helpful, and great at her job. Definitely recommend her!

This location has an incompetent reception staff. They need training in how to manage appointments and how to behave professionally with their clientele. Waiting three hours is unacceptable. Total waste of time.

Horrible! I just want a quick question if it's normal if I have a hole in the wisdom teeth extraction site, but they're not listening. You can laugh if you want, but I'm not doing any further business with them again!

This dental office is really bad. I went once for information and the person I dealt with was not able to give me clear answers. In addition, outside the office, you can see a poster where it says that the consultation is free, but inside, the employee told me that the price was $ 150, so that's false advertising. In conclusion, avoid them.

Definitely bad service more than 2 hours waiting to be treated and its justification is the following "there are patients who have been waiting longer than you have been waiting to be seen" that is, as a consolation they tell me that other people have waited longer than me. Ha!

I booked an appointment for 1pm .. I arrived half an hour earlier with paperwork signed & ready to go... Here it is 3:18 pm And still no call of my Name ... Counter girl tells me we are short staffed .. will be a little while longer... What ,wait I have full insurance Aetna I'm waiting as if Im a walk in ... Never Again ... I will stick to my private Dentist better service... There will be no need to reply from Owner .. Train your staff to inform patients their waiting period...Customer Service goes a long way.. remember we are paying So we want the best service ....

I love this location I had to have a lot of work done in my mouth I was so scared but everybody there made me relax Everytime I have a appointment or I'm a walk-in they take me in right away they do a really good job hereI've been going here for a couple of yrs now not just one but all of the dentist there are excellent they even work with you on payment plan and no I don't have good credit love love love this location

Appointment at 11:00 am and it s 12:30 pm still haven t been seen plus the temperature is cold, they pretty much keep you waiting to freeze you to death, not to mention kids come here and the temperature is not good for their health

My hygienist, Arsia Syeda, was really nice and friendly. She took the trouble to explain the treatment that I needed, and what other options I had to improve the condition of my gums long-term. She was very gentle and thorough during the whole procedure. I felt relaxed, and experienced no pain at all. After the dental deep cleaning, my gums felt wonderfully fresh and clean. Based on my experience, I totally recommend her!!

Hi Arshia is my hygienist and she's a excilent hygienist she explained everything perfect for me and and everything was fine she's pretty great and I really recommend her with a five star she also take her time to explain everything to me I was a little nervous but with i was very comfortable thanks for her and may the Lord keep on blessings her I give her a ten have a bless day

The last few appointments I had here were NOT pleasant AT ALL! They took their sweet time to attend me. I once had an appointment for 11:00AM and I didn't get attended until 3:00PM. If there's one thing I'd hope you people would fix, is the way you handle your appointments. The staff in the back is ALWAYS gossiping and have terrible attitudes when you address that they are taking too long. I REALLY don't recommend this place.

Pathetic waiting time they schedule you at 9am and doors don't open up until 9am you go in and have to wait over an hour to be called in to do your x rays they make you wait another hour to see the "specialist" after words and do what he/she gotta do with your teeth besides that they think they can cash you out and make you pay for procedures not needed. Find another place their waiting times are outrages 2 1/2-3 hours just to get a dental check up.

I just got my dental implant today 10-20-2018, And I wanted to thank the Doctor and the team for always answering your questions and being so friendly. Made my implant experience feel so smooth . Definitely happy I chose this Western Dental.

Arshia my hygienist is the best ever she stay on me about out my teeth which I love she shows compassion and I love that she is fit for the job I dont want no one but her.

Arshia hygienist, she is great, she keeps informed about good oral hygiene and what you can do to keep your mouth healthy. She is nice and caring with her patients. She does great work and I feel comfortable under her care.

Friendly staff. They got my gums and teeth very healthy again. My teeth were stained - like British tea time stained - and they got them looking good as new. Was a bit of a wait but that's because Arshia is in high demand!

Made an appointment for cleaning but they did an exam and X-ray instead. I was told they will still do the cleaning but they had to close for that day, Why did you take my appointment then if you cant accommodate me. I gave it a second chance but I had to wait an hour for since the hygienist has another patient, again another conflicted appointment. I decided to just leave and told the front desk staff to reimbursed me for my co-pay but as of today I haven't received anything back. This branch is a savage.

It is the worst service that today I am taking my uncle and since the year he was told that if his teeth were not removed, the cleaning would cost him almost $ 2000 and the insurance would not cover him that he had to pay after they decided to remove all his teeth and molars and two appointments were removed I thought they were going to kill him because he is an 88-year-old then he was invented that he had to graft him and that he had to pay he told them he has no money.
Then they were the plates the bottom was good but the top left very loose they removed it for 2 weeks after they gave him another one that is much bigger than he has left so out of the one below.
They said that they were going to make another one because I told them that I'm going to sue them and that I'm going to make it public but they give him a seat that still is not there last week and they begged him to say the same thing and I tell them because they do not warn by phone to not miss the day for pleasure because they give the appointment for 8 they call it as wings 11 have it in another couple of hours and to tell you that it is not ready.
For me it is the worst that there is Because I assure you that insurance is taking a lot of money for such a bad service.
Today, I'm going to call the insurance so they can send me the list of what they have charged
Because today I had an appointment on Saturday called to say that they are not yet 2 months ago to have a plate
So I do not recommend WESTETN DENTAL

Probably the most poorly run business I ve ever encountered, I ve never had less than an hour and a half of waiting past my appointment time and in the chair after I get called in. When I call to make an appointment they don t know who I am or what I need done even after I give my information.

Great team of dentists working inside this unassuming Western Dental on a somewhat dilapidated corner in Mid-City. Always kind and professional despite high volume of patients. Have had to be there multiple times for fillings and Dr. Morales is the best--her gentle, motherly nature, good humor and pleasant chit-chat while working on my mouth always relaxes me. And she's good at what she does! The head doctor there even told me Dr. Morales does HIS teeth for him. Trust these guys with your teeth--just come prepared to wait for a bit even if you're on time for your appointment; they're just very busy.

I was there at Western Dental on time as usual..... This is my usual experience waiting TWO WHOLE HOURS BEFORE being taken to the back. Once in the back I get a x-ray. Once that is done I'm taken to the room to be seen by the dentist. 25 to 30 minutes later I still HAVE NOT been seen. No one has come over to apologize or say we will be with you in a moment. So I leave, go to the front and tell the receptionist how long I've been waiting she keeps looking though papers never addressing me so I just left!! This is my SECOND TIME this has happened!!!!! I understand that you get backed up but say something ask if you can give the patient another date. But every time I come in here I'm never seen in a timely manner. My time is valuable also!! I came on my only day off after taking care of other business but please be considerate of other people's time. Thank you

This dentist office is one of the best I ever been to. It had been years (10 to be exact) since i been to a western dental but going back was amazing. I had a horrible toothache and was in need of a root canal and the staff was really helpful with finding the right cost attending to my needs and making sure i am comfortable. I am pregnant so they took extra care making sure i was comfortable and posed no risks to my baby. The main thing was the dentist, who was amazing and very knowledgeable. i felt no pain during the procedure and after the anesthetic wore off i still felt no pain! that ensures me it was done right!! I had worst pain just getting fillings so that is great!! I will be going back after i give birth to get my crown and the rest of my dental work. I couldn't find one complain!!

I came for a deep cleaning my hygienist Arshia Syeda took excellent care of me today. I was so very nervous but she calmed me down and did a great deep cleaning my teeth gums feel so good already. Arshia also give me excellent home care tips and how to us perio trays. Thank you for all the help and information. God bless

This place is ridiculous . Why give me an appointment if I'm just going to get called 2 hrs later than still have a 1 hr wait time in the back room. . 3 hrs of waiting before even getting treated.

Dr. Arshia did an amazing deep cleaning and was very gentle as well as patient. She took her time and provided great home care advice for after treatment and good healty teeth.

The wait was too long each time . About one hour AFTER appointment time.

Plan on a long wait. Appointments are to check in but otherwise seem to mean nothing. An hour wait is normal according to receptionist. They seem overbooked or understaffed. Not sure why they would accept more appointments then they can handle on a daily basis. Shouldn t one day of this wait mean you can adjust the number of appointments you accept on the next day? If 10 is too many, maybe try 9. Can t seem to handle 9? Limit it to 8. Your patients time is valuable.

Update: it s now been 1.5 hours since I checked in. Still waiting.

Dr D (as he is affectionately called by his staff) is thorough and detailed oriented. I needed to get all my remaining teeth extracted and a complete set of dentures. He recommended that I get 8 implants and permanent dentures. He explained the wait time and cheerfully listened to and answered all my concerns and his staff helped me to get funding. Generally it has been a very positive and personal experience. I highly recommend them for all dental concerns. I can't say enough good things.

This place deserves no stars. My son had an appointment it nearly took more than 4 hrs to get out of this place. You guys have to improve. No one wants to spend 4 hrs for a check up and clean up. That's RIDICULOUS.

Dr. Arshia is a genuine life saver... I recommend everyone in Los Angeles to come see her at Western Dental. She's very patient concerned and caring plus she does great wonders to your teeth. Now, I am very critical in leaving reviews of great extremities and so I am very cautious of just randomly leaving bad reviews but I believe this has to be brought to light.

So, I was supposed to receive a refund for a pre-payment I made for a service I could not complete due to the closure of my insurance but of course, after I was told in February that it would take 90 days for the refund to process (whilst it clearly took less than that for the processing of my pre-payment), I waited.

Needless to say, I was never informed by the time 90 days arrived and it took me about 2 weeks of persistent calling on my end just to get someone on the line to look into the case and address the issue. I was then informed that the amount to be refunded would be smaller. Now, I would have been fine if they actually DID refund the now smaller dollar amount of $3 in two weeks like they promised but that was in April, and it's close to the end of May now and I have yet to see any incoming refund in my accounts.

Thankfully, it is only $3 but it is still a matter of principle that I am bringing this up - if a refund is supposed to be processed by two weeks, then that means I expect to see that refund amount in two weeks. If It had been a larger dollar amount, I am certain I would have used a much, much larger amount from my accounts to press charges for incompetence in their payments, claims and refunds department.

As of now, I am still waiting for my refund of $3.

I went there before Christmas. .The lady Doctor in the facility needs to learn professional Ettiquette. The hygienist cleaned my teeth. Whatever was in the water made my gums sore and swollen. The water stinker that she used to rinse my mouth out with..The rest of the staff was pleasant. I had an horrible experience at that office..I would not recommend this office..Maybe some of the others ones are okay. It's been two years, my teeth are still hurting..Please be careful when choosing a Dentist.

My experience at Western Dental went pretty well. The service provided by Arshia, the hygienist, was exceptional. She is very professional at what she does and takes really well care of her patients. I recommend her services for those of you who need any deep cleaning or any other type of cleaning you might need to bring back your teeth and gums to good health.

I am giving it 4 stars because of Arshia. I went in for a deep cleaning today and she was amazing. She was very thorough and gentle. I was scared due to very bad experiences in the past, but with her, it was a very good experience and I am so glad I went in. I didn't give 5 stars because I did have to wait a long time.....I hope that doesn't happen next time

It was horrible.my appointment was at 2:30.l get to the office half hour before.the lady at front desk toll me .that will take 2 hours for the doctor to see me...didnt happens.l walked out by 6:45 and l never sow no doctor.

Today I had an appointment @ 12:30 for stitch removal & I wasn t seen until 7pm. I waited 7 hours they wasted my whole day. Extremely unprofessional. The doctor was in & out of the building everyone was seen before me. Then to top of off he forgot to take stitches out of one side of my gums. Literally I was the last one out of the building and one of the first people there. Poor poor poor location. I wrote an email to the customer service demanding discounting on my operations billing this is ridiculous. The receptionist don t care to ask if I d like to reschedule just keep telling me I m next until the location basically closed. I am in complete disgust with Western Dental and this staff. Today is 6/6/2020. I ll be following up with their email response. This is a heads up for anyone reading this. Very unprofessional probably the worst experience I ve ever had with a dentist.

Arshia, the Hygienist, is doing an extraordinary job with my routine dental maintenance care. I see startling results with regards to both my gums and teeth. I feel no pain when chewing and my teeth feel clean and look whiter. The daily recommend regimen is a bit cumbersome, but worth it---applying the medicated gel for 15 minutes a day and waiting to eat 45 mins. later.

My family have been coming to this office for years and the service here is as worst now as it was then....it's best to be the first appointment of the day cause if not you're wait time will be at a minimum 2 hour's after you're scheduled appointment....

My appointment was at 12 and I got here 10 min early. It's now 2:20 pm and nothing has been done. I fear I may never see the outside world again. The long wait times are by far the worst part of coming here.

On top of the fact 3 separate occasions I get here early for my appointment and they tell me it was "x hours ago" even though I have the appointment card *THEY GAVE ME* with the exact date and time.

I don't come with an attitude I come to take care of myself good experiment here

Some people are good and kind but I went and they don't give any information about what they were going to do, they don't explain anything and the reception staff are too obnoxious ... I asked them a question and I got all the crap out of glasses to be exact ...

Never bayan to this place I was the worst mistake I ever made in my life they put me a crown I did not need and I paid a lot of money for it and then it broke down porke they did not do it well and I went and they said that they had nothing to see what happened to my tooth was no longer useful as the month they put the crown on me, as if my tooth did not work like they did not tell me before I had the crown and I was trying to help them but they did not want Aser nothing they just want your money please do not go here!
