Now, I am very critical in leaving reviews of great extremities and so I am very cautious of just randomly leaving bad reviews but I believe this has to be brought to light.

So, I was supposed to receive a refund for a pre-payment I made for a service I could not complete due to the closure of my insurance but of course, after I was told in February that it would take 90 days for the refund to process (whilst it clearly took less than that for the processing of my pre-payment), I waited.

Needless to say, I was never informed by the time 90 days arrived and it took me about 2 weeks of persistent calling on my end just to get someone on the line to look into the case and address the issue. I was then informed that the amount to be refunded would be smaller. Now, I would have been fine if they actually DID refund the now smaller dollar amount of $3 in two weeks like they promised but that was in April, and it's close to the end of May now and I have yet to see any incoming refund in my accounts.

Thankfully, it is only $3 but it is still a matter of principle that I am bringing this up - if a refund is supposed to be processed by two weeks, then that means I expect to see that refund amount in two weeks. If It had been a larger dollar amount, I am certain I would have used a much, much larger amount from my accounts to press charges for incompetence in their payments, claims and refunds department.

As of now, I am still waiting for my refund of $3.
