I honestly don't see any difference between the top level management and the Minor Staff (Cleaning Staff, Security Staff, IT and Admin) in Colombo ATC. The company revolves around this "PIRL" value concept (P-Passion, I-Innovation, R-Respect, L-Leadership). But, I think It's better if they remove the "R", because there is no respect for the Employees.
When it comes to Promotions, the decision lies solely on the hands of the Reporting Manager. Even though you might be a hard working employee, if the Reporting Manager does not like you for his/her personal reasons, you will not be given a good rating or the promotion.
If you are a person with self-respect, I do not recommend this company.

Working environment seems decent but the security personnel are the absolute worse I've seen in recent times. They have a serious attitude problem towards everyone else. Went there recently for a business purpose and had to endure those idiots and their attitudes. Internal employees may endure this as it is their job. I've seen thousand times better security staff in old fashioned government offices.

In Sri lanka Call center service is very unprofessional.I have made call to Virtusa (Pvt) Ltd on 22.05.2020 at 14.45HR in Sri Lankan time .How ever the person answer the phone does not know how to greet or answer the call he answer the call in slang language.and completely ignore my request for the information and hand up the phone.
As a customer i will never recommend Virtusa (Pvt) Ltd Sri lanka as a genuine to go for anytime of service they they offer .
