A decent place to find emergency food or supplies if you're short something at the college. Beware, however, for the prices are marked up much higher than the items are usually worth elsewhere. Staff is turned over a lot so helpfulness varies.

The bookstore is pooly managed, and nobody seems to have any idea what's going on, or where to find things. Probably not the employees fault, but rather whoever runs the place. That being said, the USF merchandise floor is great, just don't bother getting your textbooks here.

Customer service is horrendous, especially by the manager there. They make up policies/rules on the spot that aren't specified in promotions and should really reassess themselves in terms of whether the guest is the first priority or not.

They're a bit overpriced on most of their USF merchandise (IE a $40 pair of sweatpants that just say USF on them.)

The store is kept very clean and nice looking, the ground floor level is a bit overbearingly crowded with clothing since they rearranged the store.

They will not answer the phone for anything. It s incredibly difficult to find out any information besides the business hours (which are wrong). Also, the prices are ridiculous. You d be better off going to Amazon or a 3rd party vendor.

Fun place to visit featuring a large selection of USF logo items, besides textbooks, and student supplies. Also features a cafe offering Starbucks beverages and products. But beware, this is not a regular Starbucks...you can't use your Starbucks app to pay or earn points.

I worked there for less than a week and I immediately quit. The store manager Barb was always rude to her employees, went out of their way to not talk to anyone, even refused to shake your hand, and made you feel stupid for trying to pull a small conversation.

Wow, this place is impressive. I realize I dont have much of a frame of reference, but students can get anything here from books to electronics. The only goofy part was having to pick up a digital code for an online program. Kind of goofy shipping a digital product.

Ordered my books weeks ago and still havent gotten...

Ordered my books weeks ago and still havent gotten them. They "dont know" where they are, wont cancel them so you can just physically get them from the store. They answer and hang up whenever i try to call. Absolutely awful. We are on the second week of classes and i should have my text books by now...
