The food was good, but the service was terrible. Every table near me ordered their food after me, but got their food before me. 45 minutes after I put the order in I went to the cashier to find out what happened to my order and to see if I could get a refill on my coffee.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Waited for 45 minutes to be served coffee and have my order taken. None of the other servers were helpful, I had to go to the counter and ask for a waitress and that still took 15 minutes. Very good food but terrible service.

Shockingly poor service. No one seemed to want to be at work. Some poor gentleman's meal sat for ten minutes before service (I thought it was ours, so I kept an eye on it). Very few people at tables which compounded my confusion.

Very disappointed. Will not be returning for a long while.

A "hidden gem" of the Mohawk Valley! I don't know how many times I'd driven by this place before someone pointed out that it was there. This is now my absolute number 1 breakfast place, if we're planning to sit and eat.
