What reviewers say about Urban Interest

Generated with AI from 8 reviews on Trustburn · updated 32 days ago

Customers are largely negative, with most reviewers reporting bad service, unresponsiveness, and serious unresolved problems like cold apartments, mold, and leaking water damage, while a small minority describe the building or apartment itself as beautiful.
What are the most common complaints about Urban Interest?

The most common complaints involve poor service and ignored communications, unresolved maintenance issues such as broken heating, mold, and a rejected geyser left unrepaired for months, and a sense that the company prioritizes money over tenants' health, safety, and living conditions.

I have been living there for 4 months now. After 2 months already mildew in the bathroom. I have asthma. There has been a contractor some time later. I have pictures of the fungus. Then taken away yourself. The contractor establishes that the ventilation duct is far too far from the shower. So there must be an extraction box on the ventilation channel that then sucks the air. Health does not matter. Standard mails, the superintendent also comes up with a squeegee story. Final ranking is exactly what NIKS is doing! Really very bad. So I can still mention a number of things.

Bad service. Ignore mails. 7 months with a rejected geyser, but still no response or replacement. Leaks from neighbors leaving me with a wall full of mold for quite some time, but all they say is under busy ... no time .. advise against renting a house from this company.

Agree with the previous reviews. We also live in a beautiful apartment, but you are not taken seriously by the service department and you are lied to, while it still concerns important issues such as health, safety and accessibility for emergency services.

This winter had some of the coldest days in years. From December onwards to have my radiators repaired at home because it is sometimes impossible to get warmer than 12 degrees here. At the time of writing it is March 8th and I would almost like to say it is not necessary anymore at least not for this winter, hope they will solve it for me before next winter. Because of the messing around, I have used a lot more than the years before and I will probably get a heating bill that you tell yourself.
