This was my 2nd time attending a Rooftop 210 Event and it wasn't as I expected. The last event I attended was a networking event for individuals, small business owners, or local companies looking to connect. That every was awesome and was able to make new friends and business connections. The event I attended today was a party to celebrate the actions and efforts of the teachers in the community. As a former teacher it wasn't a great turn out. I guess the community doesn't care about teachers but everyone is quick to blame teachers for not during their jobs.

Love the place it is very diverse and music is always great but the thing I don t like is that the dress code seems like it changes every week or per person one person got denied 30 min later someone wearing the same thing gets let in idk but I think the dress code should be listed in Detail the drinks are good but a good pregame will and a re-up at the bar and always has nice people also

Location is great, loved the fact that they didn't have a coverage fee, drinks address reasonable. Down fall, The DJ could not stay on one music genre. One song we'll be listening to lil John and the East Side Boys and the next I'm listening to Link'n Park. We ended up leaving.

I'm 30. The bartenders on duty carded me( which is perfectly fine), and then repeatedly insulted the picture on my ID ( which is totally unprofessional and not fine.) Cancelled my order and went elsewhere. There are far, far better places within the same area, where the bartenders aren't unprofessional oafs. Go to one of them instead of this hole. It was also pretty much deserted, at least when I went.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. My friends and I visited here and this was our first time in the area. The worker and bartender were beyond rude to us. We started playing the games outside when the worker alerted us that we needed to buy something in order to play. My friend then asked what sweet drinks they had. The bartender sarcastically answered "pretty much everything, if you can't tell." My friends and I had already spent a lot, so my friend said maybe she'd do the $3 craft beers. Then the bartender said "Or you can do a $2 soda, that's sweet." The rudeness was beyond what I expected. I will not partake of their service again.

Rooftop 210 is a solid option when going out in Uptown Charlotte. Drinks are affordable, no cover, TONS of outdoor space with awesome views of the city. Bathrooms were beyond gross, but kinda par for the course with a mainly outdoor bar of this size. Still, definitely worth going.

Went for a friend that was playing in the band. Very nice atmosphere, location was really nice. Drinks were a little over priced for being mostly ice. You should pregame if you decide to come here. The bar employees give you attitude if you don t fit their status particularly the old lady with orange hair. Other than that it s a really nice place to hold an event. 3/5

The EPiCentre is a beautiful place, but like most of the other areas in Charlotte, NC it is full of racism. Rooftop 210 dress policy is ridiculous for a club that advertises for the college crowd, no holes in your jeans policy really? I was turned away from this dry club. The clubs in the EPi Centre are over price for starters. The clubs have policies which they can change at will to keep anyone who they don't like out. This issue mostly being the case for Black and Brown people. When it is Speed street week, the clubs want you to dress like you're on a commercial for GAP, AF, American Eagle. When they are having the NAACP tournament, you can dress like your on a P. Diddy video in the 90's in getting in everywhere.

I need for the EPiCentre to just to put a White only sign up when they only want white people to come, then put a #Colors only sign up when its okay to come party.

This bar is essentially at the hub of Charlotte. Resting on top the epicentre. However it's a bit... "Over-rated" if you will. The music is decent but trying to fight your way through the crowd is a challenge anynight you go. The bartenders are not the most friendly but there's no cover charge so that's a plus.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Bathrooms are disgusting, trash is overflowing, and there's never any toilet paper in the stalls. Half the toilets are clogged. Broken floor tiles everywhere. Not really great views of the city. The epicenter sucks in general.

Have any other women been assaulted by a bouncer? I have a feeling this is common practice for him. Not in response to any kind of altercation or aggression which is the ONLY reason they are legally allowed to touch you.. to defend themselves. Came up behind me, grabbed me and practically lifted me off the floor then ran his hands down my body and under my buttocks. I am terrified to go back and wish I would have called the cops and had him arrested. I just wanted to go home and get away from him, but I wish I would have pressed charges.

I had my wedding here and was planning it from out of state. Abby and Kerry were very helpful and stayed in constant communication with me while planning the event. Abby even made sure my drink stayed full all night! I received many compliments on the venue and the staff. They staff helped make my night perfect!

This is by far the worst place in the epicenter for the simple reason of having a rude and unprofessional bartender. This is the blond girl that works the bar on the outside rather than the bar under the roof. She usually has her hair blond curly and in a bun and is pretty tall. She is rude, has her friends skip in line while everyone else has to wait. When confrontaded she started yelling saying she wasn t serving me or my friends bc we were rude. FIRST OF ALL we had just got there and hadn t even had one drink. Everyone that has been here knows how long it takes to get a drink so letting your friends have special privlages while making everyone else wait who tip very well btw is really unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. My friends and I have spent a lot of money and time here but we will no longer be giving your business another dime. The fact you have people working for you that act like that show the true colors of this place. Good luck A lot of complaints have happened lately and I tried to brush it off but I learned it is true. This bar tender is probably the most disrespectful person I ve come into contact with as far as bar staff goes.
