Had a cracked screen on my MSI GS75 Stealth. Sent it in to get fixed by them. It took around 4 weeks to find the correct parts and install but it's understandable since it's a difficult part to find. Overall, was a great experience! Very nice people! Will be going here again whenever I need to get my laptop/computer fixed.
Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very customer friendly internet interface and reservation system. It's not your typical computer shop. It's in an office park, and shares space with a herbal store. Don't be deterred. They do a great job, for a reasonable price.

Andre's cheerfulness and positive attitude are much appreciated. I had to add some software to my computer, and that was beyond me, so Andre managed that for me. Then, there was my question, "Why is my computer so slow?" That led to another path through my operating system, but he got that all figured out, too. Plus we had a brief conversation about virus protection etc. Very worth while. I feel lucky to have become aware of Andre.
Great service at a reasonable price. Friendly people. When my desktop computer would not start up, I dropped it off. They diagnosed the problem, a bad power unit, and ordered a replacement part. I picked it up two days after I dropped it off.

These guys are great - super friendly and fast! I had taken my computer to another repair shop, suspecting that the DC jack needed to be replaced, and it took them a day to get back to me and tell me they couldn't fix it. I went and got the part on my own, then took my laptop and the part to these guys and they literally turned it around within two hours. They were very friendly as well. Highly highly recommend.

My PC picked up a virus, whch they removed. While they were at it, they also cleaned up other things that improves performance. They took the time to answer my questions and the cost was reasonable. They had previously done good work for me as well, transferring content from an old Mac to the PC. I have found them to be competent, thorough, and trustworthy.

I took my laptop for several problems. The USB port got detached from the motherboard. There was also some damage to the keypad metal closure. Andre did an excellent job in taking care of both problems. He kept me informed of progress. There was detail estimate of the cost. I didn't find any other computer hardware repair shop in the Twin Cities. I was very impressed with the professionalism in their services. I just had a WiFi system set up by Andre of Psinergy TechWarrior. He synched all my equipment to the WiFi system he set up for me. He also set up my new laptop to control my TV, printer, Blu-Ray burner and my new wireless speakers. He also put my older desktop on the WiFi network. The level of service that I got from Andre is more then "5" star! I have previously used them for virus removal and tuneup on my Vista desktop, which just got hooked up to the WiFi system too. There are no surprises, Andre is straight forward with the cost which I believe is much lower than any other metro businesses that do the same procedures. As previous reviews stated, don't be concerned with the location of the business which in the same office space as the "Holistic Health" supplies. During our COVID19 stay at home period we discovered how slow our computers were running and it was super frustrating. I found Psinergy Tech's online reviews to be great, so contacted them. Repaired my broken laptop. Paid 25 dollars to remove broken plastic piece from fan. They have moved location since the repair. Have not been to new location.

This is the place to take your computer! We have used TechWarriors twice, with Mac and Windows. They were able to do what both Apple and Best Buy told me they couldn't do.
Both big companies said I would have to ship my hard drive off and pay anywhere from $1000 to $2000 to retrieve my data. In a last ditch attempt, I went to Psinergy where my roommate had gone the year before when she spilled water all over her laptop. Andre was so knowledgeable and helpful, and managed to back up my data (which I had been told by "the big guys" wasn't possible) all while saving me *hundreds* of dollars. I cannot thank this place enough.
Your first instinct may be to take your computer to a big name company, but their employees most certainly do not have the experience and expertise possessed by the people at Psinergy, nor the personal touch or care that made going there so remarkable. Really great environment and the owners have tons of knowledge and tons of training and experience. They're very friendly too. Bought some inscents today and had a 20 min sound therapy for headache releiving and it worked!
I have been using these guys for quite a few years (10 or so) and they are consistently GREAT! Really, I'm in my 70's and, as you might imagine, not the brightest bulb in the tech toolbox, but they tolerate me well and always do whatever they do to make everything tech work right. I couldn't ask for more, and all without leaving my office.
Poor communication. Had to wait 10 days for a stupid driver issue that i could have fixed at home. Never told us what the price is even though we called everyday and in the end wants 150 dollars. Very bad service and rude employees and manager/owner. Never go there..AVOID

There was a water spill on my laptop and luckily there was not much damage. However the RAM and the battery needed to be changed and now everything is working smoothly. I think they did a great job and they were always good at communicating at every step.
