Terrible service wifi went down after 3 days of payment was done for the price I'm paying I rather just quit the company if it's gonna happen frequently customer service is a joke they don't even answer

Had the service out at Temperance and Tulare and it was horrible. Absolutely horrible. Very expensive to start up service (why am I paying so much for equipment I don't even own?) When I complained, they threatened to cancel my service. Yeah, that's just great. I got so tired of all the excuses for their poor service, so I ended up using my tmobile hot spot most of the time, it was much faster. Unwired charged us $170.00 for a router. Yes, $170.00!! And don't get me started on their billing practices. I tried for WEEKS to get ahold of someone in billing to pay my closing bill. WEEKS! Then they took me to collections who then had NO idea where my account was. Literally! People here start out nice but they end up being very rude and condescending. Just awful.

The Internet they provide is not fast. I do live in a rural area and have been relying on our hotspots through our phones -which is wwwaaayyy faster. They offered "fast and reliable internet to rural and under served areas in the central valley". $190 for slow internet.. not worth it to me!!

Our experience with the young man in your tech dept. was excellent. He was extremely helpful and sympathic to our problem.

I have had the hardest time just talking to someone. I am not one to leave reviews but this has been going on for over a month now and their customer service is terrible.

We are in a rural area and tried internet through Dish, AT&Ts Direct TV, and worst of all Hughes Net. None of them worked consistently. Then we found UnWired, which we have had for several years now. Very consistent internet connection. I no longer stress about rather or not I am going to be able to get on line, I don't even think about it, it is just there. Thank you UnWired.

If I could leave negative 10 stars I would. This is the most disappointing service I have ever received. I have had terrible billing error, I have had many bouts of terrible service, it is incredibly slow. I NEVER receive the speed that I pay for. When something goes down, a technician will give you a call from a blocked number at some point in the next hour.....if you miss the call sucks for you. That is the customer service you can expect. It costs 3 times more than internet in the city, and they screw their consumer knowing they are the only option. I use them out of shear necessity. I currently pay 160$ per month for my garbage service. I d gladly pay twice that to deal with anyone else. I write this as my service is so slow it is unusable today. This happens ALL THE TIME. I wait once again endlessly. Don t follow in my footsteps please. Save yourselves the money and headache.

Matt and Chris came out to our home and could not have been more professional. Diagnosed our problem, remedied the issue and were gone in less than an hour. unWired Broadband is fortunate to have employees as proficient and courteous as Matt and Chris.

After years of paying for speeds that were never achieved and weeks of waiting for repairs, and the worst service on the planet Unwired broadband is a God send to rural California. I can't say enough how happy I am with their services.

I've had two internet company's that provides service for us who live in the country and both SUCKED. Unwired is the best by far. Unlimited use and you can pick your speed.

Your service is not acceptable as of November we have had nothing but trouble or getting the run around.we have no internet today and when we do it is sporadic. You also say we re connected when actually not .

We had a large internet service provider before Unwired, WOW what a diffecence, less expensive, we can stream movies, love unwired! Would highly reccommend if you are not satisfied with your current provider.

Best service for people out in the country that can't get DSL. Customer service is great and you can tell their employees genuinely like their jobs.

This is the worst internet company I ve ever had. Their prices are way too high for what you get. I barely got the internet installed and not even a day later it starts cutting out and lagging. It s extremely unreliable and inconsistent please consider another internet service provider because this one is horrible.

I was looking for internet service for my daughter cause she lives in a small town and called unwired Broadband for service and they had a great deal on pricing for our needs. Very professional on installing and very good reception on the internet. Was recommended by her neighbor. Highly recommend your internet service needs!

I love this internet. I live out in the country and nobody I mean nobody could provide with uninterrupted service. Not until I found unwired. No hidden fees. I can stream. Play games. Be on phone. On laptop all at once. Thank you unwired for coming to my rescue.

Wonderful company! Every company should be this committed to customer service! I live outside of town, no cable, no DSL, no fiber, nada! I ran a T1 to my house and was paying wayyyy too much for really slow service. I stumbled on UnWired while searching for something else one day. I was so amazed at their speed and prices I gladly cancelled my T1 service! Even paying that contract out this is so much cheaper and faster!!!!

The sales person, Chris was friendly and helpful. The schedulers called right on time and I could not believe the installers were early!!!

Every night for two weeks at 9pm my internet speed is cut to NOTHING. My husband called you and you told him you would have a technician call him back A WEEK AGO. Did you guys think we wouldn t notice?? Not the first time this has happened either! Someone better call me back and fix this garbage! And no my equipment is not out of date because you JUST replaced it! Absolutely furious with this company!

I have had unWired Broadband for several years and I've only had to call them once and that was when I bought a new router and needed help getting it to connect. It was on a Saturday night and they returned my call immediately and within 5 minutes I was up & running. Great Service & great customer support service too. And let me add that there was a grove of eucalyptus trees that blocked me from my local tower only 3 miles away so I'm getting my service from a tower that is 20 miles away and its been nothing but great. Thank you Unwired Broadband for uninterrupted service for several years.

I actually like unwired broadband because it s a better choice living in the country. However, when I lived in town there were more choices at half the cost. When the internet works it s better than the satellite choice but after having it for only 4 months I ve had a lot of problems with the equipment failure. In the last two weeks I ve had them at my house 3 times. Last time they replaced everything and it again failed in 2 days. The people I ve dealt with on the phone have been very nice and the service technicians have also been outstanding. I m just getting tired of having issues and paying premium prices for a service that is beginning to seem unreliable. I hope that the next visit will be the final one so I don t have to wonder if I will have internet or not! This is why I only gave 2 stars. I rate them 5 stars on service, and I ve actually been able to understand their English unlike other services!

I live on the county. Unwired is one of the few choices that are offered. They are quite a bit more expensive than their competition, but much more reliable.

150 dollars a month!?? For 7 download and 1.75 upload?? That is the biggest rip off ever. Why would any of you pay for this??

They are crooks do not buy unless you are desperate! We got the 3mg, it has only been 4 months of our 3 year plan and we are only getting only 1mg or even less! They want to charge us over $2000.00 for an early termination fee! I've reported them to the FCC and BBB! Do not purchase unless you are desperate, we were unfortunately.

Their customers service sucks. The supervisor was rude. I asked them if they could change my payment date to one later. Because I get paid on the third of every month. And the Lady said no they can't do that. So her solution was for me to budget my money better so that. I would have money at the end of the month to pay the bill. Who is she to tell me to budget my money. I would like to hear from the owners. I se they posted for people who gave them good reviews. Why not people that give bad reviews. To see if they can help with some of the problems that people have with their customers service. Please write back or please call me. I'm a customer.

Not happy with their service, it's too slow. Thought about canceling the service, but since I'm still under contract I can't cancel unless I want to pay like $2000. Don't recommend this service, you are better off going with satellite instead. Even thought they are "unlimited" you are limited to the speed you can get unless you want to pay more for a faster package which is not as fast as what satellite offers. They don't even deserve a star in my opinion!

I have been with Unwired for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have exceptional customer service, something that lacks in many companies these days. They are an honest and trustworthy company, which makes them pleasant to work with.

I have been a customer of unWired Broadband for about three months and would like to say that their customer service is excellent. I did not understand a few things with my service plan and Michelle, in technical service, walked me through what had happened with my account and how the unWired Broadband pricing / performance plans differed from our previous cable internet supplier. She is top rate, and gets 5 stars!
The reason for the 4 star rating above is, I feel that unWired's pricing plan is expensive for the download speed that is received.

They say they are better than at&t and the speeds and service is but it goes out about as much as at&t so its up to you. Have 1 device with at&t or have 8 devices with unwired just know you'll have 8 devices go out at once isntead of 1

I have been using UnWired out in the country in Stanislaus County for a couple of years. We had been using satellite, but when UnWired became available in our area, we jumped at the chance to get wireless. The crew was professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I was a little unsure about how UnWired was going to be when we got in in January. I mean, if our service out here in the country was bad with Verizon, then how could it possibly be better??? Well... it WAS better and IS better... we love the service, the price, the people!!!

Hands down the best company out there. We live in an area where nothing works. When I say nothing, I mean nothing. They came out and didn't leave until we had a solution. We now have a disc at the barn that sends the signal to the house. Every person that has come out has been very friendly and helpful. I know they are busy during this time and they made me feel like I was important to get the job done. We did have a receiver go bad, but they had a boom truck out to our house in a hour and half. It is so nice to have reliable fast internet. Thank you unwired.

We ve had unwired since they first were starting out. I will never have another internet company as long as we live in california. Never had a big issue they couldn t solve for me.

We had UnWired come out last week to do an installation. The tech called to let me know when he would arrive. He was friendly and got my approval before doing anything. We haven't had any buffering at all and we are very satisfied with UnWired.

Worst customer service ever. I thought AT&T was bad, until dealing with Unwired. Can t talk to a living person, wait on hold for ever, then another recording telling you to leave message. Leave messages and no one calls back

They have some of the best and quickest service we've ever encountered with the tech service world. Very friendly staff, competitive prices and always prompt response. Great place to do business with!

I didn't actually get service with them but did work with their sales department, I wanted to look into my local options for internet after my current service provider had started having issues, they sent out installer techs to examine my house for a mount point (free service BTW) but they came to the conclusion that there was no way to get service without installing a $1600 pole, and the only options they gave me was paying the whole thing upfront or $500 down and make a payment plan, much like the rest of the valley, I don't make the kind of money to throw $1600 or even $500 down the toilet, especially at a rental property. The thing that frustrates me, is, they have multiple people here clearly interested in service, but they don't want to spend the money on the pole and would rather pass the cost down to the customer. Also $203.99 a month for 17mb down, 4.5mb up, is alot for what your getting considering you have to sign a one or two year contract so I'm back on the hunt for another 4g lte internet provider, atleast until starlink comes. They clearly only cater to the more wealthy in rural areas if this is how they do things. My customer sales rep was a great guy, I just wish the company was more considerate with the customers as the sj Valley is not a wealthy area by far.

Before i signed up for this internet I was advised that it would be sufficient enough for gaming. That was false as it lags alot while gaming. I have tried to resolve this issue more than once and nothing was ever resolved. I would not recommend this service to anyone!! I am another customer who has been with them for two years now because they are the only providers in my area. They were great for about six or seven months and then just started slowing down and lagging alot. It seems like this is a common occurrence for unwired broadband. I don't mind paying a little more for service because they are the only provider in my area, but not when it doesn't deliver as promised. For the price and the issues they have, I would not get their Internet. You can get 10x the speed for half the price with other providers.

Been waiting two days for a call from Technical Support regarding an issue with our service. Not very support friendly. This after Sales encouraged me to spend more to increase bandwidth. Purchasing is not an issue, support is a different. story.

Living out in the country, it used to be nearly impossible to find decent internet service, but then along came UnWired. We've been genuinely happy with the speed and reliability, and their customer service is always friendly and helpful.

Office is closed at 5 pm. Billing department does not note phone calls. Conflicting policies. I'm very disappointed. Paid my bill online but looks like no service until 8 am. SAD. Unwired made it right. They provide good consistent service.

I can't say enough about Unwired. I have been with them for over 15 years. During that time I have changed plans and use their service for both my home and home office. I upload and down load a lot of files for work and we stream movies without any buffeting. Their service is very reliable and their tech support is unreal! If I have a technical issue like installing a new router, they stay on the phone and talk you through it completely and act like you are the most important person in the world!! we recently moved out to the country no internet provider wanted to give us service except for Unwired, i can not speak any less of Jeff Perlichek(sales rep) who has gone beyond to give us options to be able to provide us with Internet.Thank you so much for not giving up on us

This place is a scam!!! They are charging me $3,000 just to cancel!!
First they did not inform us that we would be in a 3 year contract. (and shame on us for not reading what we signed) We never got the speed that we overpayed for and now that we are MOOVING they are charging us 3,000 dollars to cancel. We cant even steam short videos from social media. Cant even send a mms from my phone. Worst service EVER!! And don't expect any help from their employees

Bad customer experience, they go and change my clients IP out of the blue and expect them to just make it work not informing your client changing their IP will take down services running behind that IP.

I have been a customer for two years. I currently pay $179/mo for 12mb. Living 5 miles west of Olive and 99 Unwired is can provide me service but not provide service to my parents across the street. Pricing and inconsistency of service is why I am only giving 1 star.

We have been dealing with poor (and expensive!) service with Wildblue due to the lack of other providers in our area I finally heard about unWired through a coworker. I decided to call them and am glad that I did! We've only had our service for about 5 days but already have noticed a substantial difference in the service we were previously provided for about the same price.

The Chris in the sales department was extremely professional and helpful, as was Miguel in the technical department. The technicians that came to install our new system were in and out within a short period of time, leaving everything in perfect order to begin using our new internet service!

We are extremely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to our neighbors!

I am so happy I changed from Hughes net. Unwired offers faster and unlimited internet for the same price. Professional, courteous and friendly employees. I got quick responses when I had questions. Great company. I am not totally happy with placement of dish, no other options due to where I live. It's worth it to have better internet service.

We purchased a point-to-point connection between two buildings in Fresno around 2011, and have saved thousands on a fiber connection. Last week was the first time we had an issue with the hardware, unWired were able to schedule an on-site visit us the next day, resolve the issue, and for an exceptionally low cost!

The durability of their hardware is impressive, as is their service. Very pleased with service.

Internet is ridiculous expensive. When you call the 800 number for tech support don t expect to get an answer right a way or a phone call back. You will have to call thru out the day(s).

I live in the country and never really had a good option for internet until I got unwired. Now I can not only access the internet, but for the first time since I moved here twenty-six years ago I can have full access to all the services available from satellite TV and our smart TV. Its great.

Bad customer service. They almost never answer the calls and when they do they are really rude and never solve the problem. They will try to fix it and call you back, what an answer.

Big enthusiastic howdy do to the folks @unwiredbroadband. The up and download speeds deliver well beyond what I was expecting and the customer service is excellent. Chris A. was a huge help with a question about my service and from what I can tell he's a damn nice guy to boot. Bravo guys, bravo.

The only service, including those that advertise WIFI anywhere, that actually covers us with great wWIFI and internet I the Hanford area. Great service and very easy to work with.

Great service, no downtime, and NO DATA CAPS. The only downside is that the prices are higher, but that is understandable for the type of service they offer.

Last few weeks it's been up and down pay for 12 get 3 to 12 right now working off Verizon hot spot get 3 in lemoore tried calling on hold for 30 min got kicked off both times high caller

unWired Broadband from the time of installation to instances of technical trouble the owners and employees have been competent, kind, helpful and always make sure any problems are resolved. They have come quickly when equipment we had failed and the internet service is consistent and plenty of speed for streaming of videos and movies.

Update: everyone at Unwired are incompetent. If you value your home do not have them do an install at your residence. They left holes in the walls, ceiling, and top of my stucco patio. And when I told them to come get their stuff, they left a bunch of wire and the dish braket behind.

Best service in Fresno. I went from unlimited spinning not streaming to quick connect and great picture. They are better than Viasat or HughesNet. Price is better. Great customer care. Finally dependable internet for us folks who live outside the city.

Internet speeds remain constant but are quite low for the exorbitant cost!
