I have been a customer of unWired Broadband for about three months and would like to say that their customer service is excellent. I did not understand a few things with my service plan and Michelle, in technical service, walked me through what had happened with my account and how the unWired Broadband pricing / performance plans differed from our previous cable internet supplier. She is top rate, and gets 5 stars!
The reason for the 4 star rating above is, I feel that unWired's pricing plan is expensive for the download speed that is received.
