Had the service out at Temperance and Tulare and it was horrible. Absolutely horrible. Very expensive to start up service (why am I paying so much for equipment I don't even own?) When I complained, they threatened to cancel my service. Yeah, that's just great. I got so tired of all the excuses for their poor service, so I ended up using my tmobile hot spot most of the time, it was much faster. Unwired charged us $170.00 for a router. Yes, $170.00!! And don't get me started on their billing practices. I tried for WEEKS to get ahold of someone in billing to pay my closing bill. WEEKS! Then they took me to collections who then had NO idea where my account was. Literally! People here start out nice but they end up being very rude and condescending. Just awful.
