Every night for two weeks at 9pm my internet speed...

Every night for two weeks at 9pm my internet speed is cut to NOTHING. My husband called you and you told him you would have a technician call him back A WEEK AGO. Did you guys think we wouldn t notice?? Not the first time this has happened either! Someone better call me back and fix this garbage! And no my equipment is not out of date because you JUST replaced it! Absolutely furious with this company!
