Since the time I studied, they did not present a good organization, they passed wrong information or they did not pass information, the deadlines for solving problems are absurd, the facilities are good and that's what they get to sell the fish, but that's all that's good .

I love Unimonte!
I recommend it to people who like to really study, to take seriously the commitment to the career and the future. This is not a place to pass the time and get easy grades, it requires dedication and a lot of effort.

Whenever I call - since I joined the institution - it's a delay to answer (today I called to try to answer a question with the new coordinator and the automatic message said that the waiting time was 38 MINUTES), when I got answers they varied from employee to employee.

the waiting time over the phone is simply unfortun...

the waiting time over the phone is simply unfortunate because it can not talk to a physical attendant, when the virtual informs that there is 1 minute left, the time goes back to 10 minutes. and can not get care. will all the attendants be really busy ?????????????????????????????????

I've been looking for documents for my autistic daughter for three months. I can't do it at all. She has already missed two job opportunities and will miss the third. Nobody answers. The document is a must of the faculty. Super upset with irresponsibility and unwillingness to solve the problem.

Total rest with the students, the course coordinator is terrible at providing services. Try to talk to an attendant and stay 50 minutes on the cell phone or in the chat and when they answer they do not know how to inform anything and keep passing the problem on.
