Sweatshop : Interview process for Artwork Customization Assistant was a nightmare. No interview, thrown into an Adobe test immediately. A test with very confusing instructions, and no assistance. The staff told me that people with years of experience in both Illustrator and Photoshop were not passing the test. I have years of experience and samples of my work, in both programs. Do NOT GO THERE. It is a bad experience. Very impersonal.

Very unprofessional! On November 28th I ordered my daughter a Christmas present. I called twice to check on it, but it never arrived. On December 23rd I called their customer service department again and was told that it was shipped to the wrong address and never returned to them. They could send me another, but not until Mid-January. I cancelled the order. I was provided an apology, but nothing in the form of restitution. Poor customer service and follow-up. I wish I had never placed an order!

Don't shop on the website. I order 2 sets of Planetary Lollipops well before New Years Eve so I could have enough as gifts for friends at the party I was going to attend. They only sent me 1 set and then promised to send another only they neglected to tell me it wouldn't arrive until Jan 10th. I found that out after several emails with support. When I asked for a refund a week after I received the 1st batch they "forwarded" my request to management and then I didn't hear back from them for over a week. During that week I tried to see if my request was going through but no one responded. Finally I just initiated a charge back on my credit card. Funny enough the same day the credit card approved the charge back I heard from management that they approved my refund. You can find these lollipops at least at a more reputable website..shop around and avoid this site.

Rarely have I encounter a company with such impressive customer service. I had left a negative review for a product I had received as a gift, expecting nothing but the opportunity to share my impression with others considering the purchase. Several months later, customer serviced reached out to me to offer to replace the item based on my review. We exchanged several emails and each representative was prompt and courteous in replying and went above and beyond to make things right even though I hadn t even asked. A breathe of fresh air to be treated like customers really do come first!

I ordered personalized socks and they were huge!! It states that they are for sizes 10-13. Fits men's shoe size 6.5-12. They couldn't be more off, they are more for men's shoe size 16 to 20. And now can't be returned because they are personalized! What am I supposed to do with these huge socks?? I was told by 3 people there is nothing they can do!! Very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE - I placed an order and it has almost been a month and I have not received anything and I was expected to receive this order by January 9th. When I did not receive the item I called every single day and every single day they promised me to get back to me on the status and no one reached out. To add injury to insult they also tell me that there is nothing they can do because the artist is not getting back to them and they cancelled my order without my authorization. They also said they were going to issue me a gift certificate which they never did. It's such a shame, they list amazing, unique items on their website, but they don't ship out to you when promised, they don't contact you to let you know that there will be a delay, they don't get back to you when they promise that they will, the manager I spoke with was VERY rude and cancelled my order out of spite without my authorization. As soon as I get this order if I ever get it, this will be the last time I will order from them and I am going to go on every social media site to share my experience so people don't get scammed into purchasing from them.

Great building. You can tell it's old and how difficult it was to fix it up and make it work for today's standard and regulations. The foundation and frame of this behomoth of a building is over 120 years old and the surrounding landscape and facade and architecture rejuvenated an eye sore of a waterfront property into a respective corporate rental property. To keep the tradition while bringing the property to good use is the overall point of this property and everyone who was part of this collaboration should get a round of applause for following thru with and completing it on time. There is still so. Much that can be done but just like Rome, that masterpiece wasn't building a day. I only pray that this does not see its fall and demise as Rome did. Great property and pretty good food for the everyday workers who call this place work.
