I ordered personalized socks and they were huge!! ...

I ordered personalized socks and they were huge!! It states that they are for sizes 10-13. Fits men's shoe size 6.5-12. They couldn't be more off, they are more for men's shoe size 16 to 20. And now can't be returned because they are personalized! What am I supposed to do with these huge socks?? I was told by 3 people there is nothing they can do!! Very disappointed.
