Great service! Removed our old hot tub and replaced it with the new one in the middle of January.

I bought my Sundance hot tub 10 years ago this October 2017. The guys at the Burlington store have always answered my questions and helped me maintain my tub. I've referred 2 of my friends who also bought tubs from them.

Greg and the team at Sundance were incredible! The delivery team was on time, professional and super helpful. We love our tub and would highly recommend Sundance. Thank you so much for everything!!

These guys are the best. Tubs are of top quality, installation was efficient and top notch, and they go out of their way to help with any questions or issues about maintenance. Have had the tub now going on the third winter, run it all year round outside, without any problems. I bought the Optima 880 from the Burlington Sundance store a few weeks ago and I am not disappointed. Steve was very helpful in showing us all the features, even came over to house to help with placement. The electricians who hooked up the hot tub were very good. Sundance recommended a contractor to install the pad and their service was good as well. If I had a question on chemicals I just call the store or bring a sample of water to the store and one of the sales staff would help out. Overall a good experience. As far as the hot tub goes it is top notch quality, I am happy with my decision.

After doing my research, decided on a Sundance Spa so went to the Appleby Line store in Burlington. Brian was extremely helpful and patient when I was asking questions to help make up my mind about which spa to choose. Bill was upfront about costs and insisted if I ever needed help to just call or drop in..there was no stupid questions. This was good considering it is my first spa :) The guys who delivered and set it up were fantastic. All around a great experience, so much so that I go back for all my needs (chlorine, cleaner...etc..). An excellent sales experience.
6 months later----Since purchasing, they are always helpful with any questions I have had and even suggested I bring in a water sample if I was concerned and they will test it for free.
You cannot go wrong buying from Sundance in Burlington!

We dealt with Brian, and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features and benefits of the different models. He followed up after the purchase/delivery to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Whenever it comes time to upgrade down the road, we would certainly be purchasing from Brian and the Sundance Spa Store.

Well Mother Nature isn't cooperating with spring but my sundance spa sure is helping make it all better. And the staff at the millcroft location had been great in helping me keep it clean and running trouble free. If your looking for a hot tub I'd recommend sundance spas at either Burlington or Oakville location. They will take great care of you and make sure you get what you want. You won't be disappointed.

We have had our Sundance Spa since 2008. Other than turning it off to drain it, it has run 24/7 since we got it. We have only had to call for service twice in almost 10 years and the service we got was outstanding! They are a very professional team that go beyond just fixing the problem you reported - they troubleshoot for any problems that may arise in the near future as well. We have been so impressed with them that we recommended them to our friends, who ended up purchasing from Sundance (after researching other companys). Thanks for the great Spa and great service!

Bought our new Sundance Optima from Sundance in Burlington in the spring and the customer service has been exceptional from the Burlington store. From the set up of the tub to answering our many questions, the team in Burlington has been first class. They know their stuff!!

I bought my Chelsee spa 2 years ago when I bought my house....It is one of the best investments I have ever made!! Summer or winter, day or night the spa is a favourite place for my two teens to entertain their friends, or spend time on their own - a fantastic built in stereo, waterfall, lights...they love it. My son who plays in a very competitive soccer league and trains anywhere from 4-6 times a week absolutely loves the hydrotherapy benefit for sore muscles or strains. My younger daughter who is an insomniac finds that a quiet 10 minutes in the hot tub before bed makes it much easier for her to fall asleep. A glass of wine in the spa during winter nights is heaven!

Maintenance has been trouble free - my son has been maintaining it since its installation, and is able to drain, clean, and refill the tub, easily balances the chemicals, and changes filters as needed The store staff is happy to help with any questions, either over the phone or in the shop. All are knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond. I'd never own anything OTHER than a Sundance Spa!!

1 - These guys know how to exceed customers' expectations when it comes to customer service. They are always friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and determined to solve any customer concerns. No problem seems too big or too small and they do it with a smile every single time. They are consistently consistent!

2 - Sundance (the manufacturer) makes an excellent, high-quality spa product which is reliable and enjoyable for many, many years. We did have one issue with our tub and I was very impressed with how quickly the manufacturer supported our warranty claim without any questions. They are a solid and reputable company who I believe firmly stands behind their products.

We have enjoyed our ongoing relationship with The Sundance Spa team and I never hesitate to refer family and friends; we often hear back from them about how happy they are with their new purchase and the top notch service they received.

My wife and I purchased a new hot tub from the Burlington Sundance store earlier this year. We took our time and reviewed a lot of different options before selecting Sundance.
Though the quality of their brand is well known, it was the product knowledge and customer service at the Burlington Store that resulted in our decision. The sales staff was courteous, knowledgable, and most importantly patient with our decision.

We have been dealing with Sundance Spa for a couple of years now. Nothing but great things to say about them. Always very friendly and helpful as we have a 10 year old hot tub that we completely refurbished and made brand new again with their assistance. Just had an issue with it recently and Bill prioritized our service call and sent James out to fix it right away. No charge as it was a part under warranty but just appreciate the quick, efficient and honest service with these guys. Would highly recommend buying a hot tub from them!

Love our Sundance Spa! The team is always friendly when we go into the store! Always responsive with the few service calls we have had. There are lots of cheap spas out there but few companies, if any, with such a quality product and a local team to answer your question, trouble shoot problems (or lack of user knowledge) and maintain your spa. If you are in the market I highly recommend Sundance!

We have had our sundance spa (Optima 880) for 3 years and the guys at Sundance still treat us as if we just bought it yesterday. Always there to answer any questions I have. Even if I call them 2 minutes before closing. Not only do I love their service, their in-store prices on chemicals are really good and they offer multiple sales each year. We bought our hot tub 8 years ago and have not only enjoyed our hot tub and its perfect location for our family home, but also the amazing service we receive. We have had very few times where any maintenance was required. Staff is helpful and friendly, but the best part is that if there's a problem they can sometimes talk us through resolving it ourselves and avoid a technician coming out at our cost. We have been using the same bathing suites since we put the tub in because the very few additives that we put in the hot tub are so gentle and safe that the suits do not even require rinsing nor do we require a shower. That is very different from other tubs we have been in that irritate skin, eat suits and smell very strong. Best investment ever for the family.!!!

We are very pleased with our Sun Dance tub. This is our 2nd tub but the first from Sun Dance. We had a lot of problems with our previous tub and learned that it pays to buy something of good quality. The tub has been great and the staff at the Burlington store have always be friendly and helpful.

We bought our hot tub a few years ago and our Sundance experience has been excellent. We were very pleased with the purchase price to start and the only time we have required service, the first we knew that the service man had been there was when we received an e-mail the next day. No charge. Any time we have asked questions at the Burlington store, the men not only answer, but show us the best way to improve our experience. The e-mails giving customers notice of items on sale is a great feature as well. All in all, they can't be beat.

So, two years since the last post and many trips to Sundance , fortunately just for supplies as the hot tub keeps on ticking like the Eveready battery. I'm always impressed by the staff's knowledge and friendliness when I have questions. And they will always tell me when the next sale on a product is coming so I never overpay. Great service!

Without a doubt the best customer service ever. They are more than willing to answer questions and try to walk you through things so as not to have to pay a service call. I have found them friendly and helpful every time I've been in the store or called. Wouldn't dream of buying my next hot tub from anywhere else. Great experience purchasing a hot tub with Sundance Burlington. Despite restrictions with Covid, was able to make an informed purchase with help from Steve at the store, installation was quick and efficient and we are very happy with our choice of the Optima 880 Series Spa.

We have been dealing with this store for 9 years since we purchased a home that came with a Sundance Spa. The staff have always been friendly & knowledgeable. We have had a few service calls over the years & the technicians have always solved the issues & were easy to deal with.

They wrote the book on customer service. From their field technicians to their store attendants. I could not be happier with the prompt service. I bought my first hot tub with them and their advice on chemicals was not only helpful but they taught me a lot as well. I would not make a purchase anywhere else.

We've had our Sundance Spa for 12 years now and we've always been very happy with the customer service and support we've received. We've had very few issues over the years, but lots of help and advice on filters and other supplies. Most recently we had to call for service. They got back to me quickly and walked me through some suggestions to try myself first, and then scheduled an appt. for service. I would highly recommend them!

Bought our first hot tub here last summer and have enjoyed it ever since. Bought it to extend the use of our pool but have used it more in winter than summer. Great product and service, in particular the delivery and set up. We had a few hiccups with the clearance into our backyard and the delivery team was amazing.

The staff is always friendly, the store is clean, organized and always smells excellent. I have had to call the store a few times with questions and they were always able to answer with confidence. Had a service call once to fix the audio on our hot tub and they were punctual, courteous and answered all my questions. Highly recommend the store. Great location too.

We are 100% happy with our spa and more important, the service and aftercare. Even during these trying times we have no problems getting answers to our questions and are still able to get supplies safely and fast. I have been recommending Sundance (specifically Burlington location) to our families who have talked about getting a hot tub. I don't recommend to family often, as it can come back to bite you but we have no worries with Sundance!

Hot Tub Repair was needed. Trouble shot my problem over the phone, and when we realized I couldn't do it myself, a tech was over same day. Repair done, and I was back in my Hot tub within a day! The guys at the store are a great help!

Great Local Business - we purchased a Sundance Spa from here 5 years ago and it still runs through all seasons no issues! Even the stereo system works in dead of winter! When purchasing supplies I find the store to be immaculate and well stocked, and the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and freindly!!

So far so awesome! Brian was great when we first came into the showroom. No pressure, took his time asking good questions to help figure out our tub. Search a few other companies but decided this was the best place to go and the prices were competitive. No surprise they have such high reviews. Instal went very smooth and they were very patient and work with our schedule. And the tub is amazing! Powerful jets, great look and comfortable. Feel very comfortable that they will help us if we ever have any questions.
