Without a doubt the best customer service ever. They are more than willing to answer questions and try to walk you through things so as not to have to pay a service call. I have found them friendly and helpful every time I've been in the store or called. Wouldn't dream of buying my next hot tub from anywhere else. With that said I have now had it for 7 years and it's still going strong!
