We bought our hot tub a few years ago and our Sundance experience has been excellent. We were very pleased with the purchase price to start and the only time we have required service, the first we knew that the service man had been there was when we received an e-mail the next day. No charge. Any time we have asked questions at the Burlington store, the men not only answer, but show us the best way to improve our experience. The e-mails giving customers notice of items on sale is a great feature as well. All in all, they can't be beat.

So, two years since the last post and many trips to Sundance , fortunately just for supplies as the hot tub keeps on ticking like the Eveready battery. I'm always impressed by the staff's knowledge and friendliness when I have questions. And they will always tell me when the next sale on a product is coming so I never overpay. Great service!

Sundance continues to impress with their service, friendliness, and knowledge. The staff is always available to answer the difficult questions as well as make suggestions on improving our hot tub experience.

Another two years gone by and the Sundance staff and equipment still are the best. I'd recommend the trip to Burlington to Sundance !!
