we have had great experiences with your store and your staff! they keep the information of what model tub on record and this allows us to just pop in and get what we need without the need of bringing a old nasty filter with us! we have purchased chemicals and replacement parts with no issues and have had prompt delivery of parts so that we have had little downtime with our tub that is nearly 10years old! thanks
