Slumlords. Total neglect of building. Homeless people wandering stairways. Security guards all fired. 1 person at front desk for 1200 apartments. Garbage rooms are filthy. Packages being stolen from mailroom. Management is totally nonresponsive. A terrible situation at the Sky.
I just passed on the street a demonstration against the Moinian Group for "destroying working class families" for allowing contractors to perform work that does not pay the area standards in wages and benefits. I will not support a company who doesn't take care of their workers.
