They changed our contract without our approval, which I m sure is illegal, just so you wouldn t be eligible to Furlough. Don t bother signing up there, most of the jobs available are very far, very hard, and not worth the money.
A lot of mixed reviews and opinions. Personal first impressions are that they are a professional and efficiently run agency. The induction was run swiftly. However I ve witnessed issues with people getting paid and syft taking little to no responsibility in getting these issues resolved.

Worst agency to work with. Customer service (if I can call it a service) is more than terrible. No one at Syft cares about You. Strongly wouldn't recommend to work for it as there are many more better agencies. One star is way too much for them.

Really poor. If they mess up you can never get hold of them. They even turned their phone lines off now. 3 weeks now and still no reply. Try Coople or Tempo. Much much better.
Syft support team is very very efficient. They will always get back to you and solve your problems. If you are an employer, this is the Agency for you!
Not flexible. Advertises that you can pick and choose shifts that suits you. This is not the case. When trying to cancel a shift with more than 24hrs notice they come up with excuses as to why they cant. Wages are always incorrect thats if you get paid at all on time.
I've been working pretty much from the Beginning with them. More than 140 shifts later I can say I am more than happy with the work of this guys. Good clients and nice ambient.

I do not recommend this place at all, there are many other agencies in London to choose this one. The treatment received by some worker for the 5 minutes I was there seemed more than enough to know that I do not have to go back there anymore.
Good for temporary work and last minute jobs. I m a student and I prefer to pick up work this way, it s easy and the rate to work is higher than most jobs. The app needs improving as it tends to crash a lot but other than that, I m happy to work with Syft.
