The staff working seems very nice and I was excited to be a part of this community. Customer service cannot be called so email has to be sent in case of any issues.
Experience so far:
It took 4 weeks to get the first shift, once I gotten the first shift and it was a last minute one with higher rate it was a happy moment. Once on the job, all went fine and everyone was happy, clocked in and clocked out with the app with my location turned on.
Three days later, received an email that I did not show up for my shift and will not get paid yet.
It took 2 weeks to resolve that over emails and the payment is still pending.
