My husband and I recently consulted Andreyev Lawyers regarding our wills and estate planning. We were concerned to make sure that whoever we chose to be our executors would be able to easily and smoothly fulfil our wishes. On working with the lawyer who was preparing our will we realised how important it was to have a fully comprehensive will that contained all relevant information regarding assets. It made us more informed and aware of our financial affairs. We came to an understanding that our previous wills which were simpler and less comprehensive would have made the role of the executors more demanding and extended the period of probate. We feel very confident that our wishes are clearly set out in our current wills.
