Awful customer service. Quote was not followed up and email remain unresponded (I am not an architect or a designer so it was probably the reason I was not looked after properly). Complete waste of time and energy which was not really needed when you renovate your place.

Truly exceptional knowledge and customer service from Adrian - I have now worked with him on two residential projects and will no longer work with any other tile/slab company. Delivery of samples, tiles, willingness to assist with suggestions on tiles and overall customer service cannot be faulted....
