I am a property manager and have had a hard time finding a reliable carpet cleaner. Mikao Kirkman is AMAZING! Extremely responsive, does excellent work, communicative and professional. I do not use any other carpet cleaning service! He is my guy for my 70+ units.

They did an amazing job. All the stains and grime was magically lifted. My 8 year old carpet looks new. My area rugs are spotless. Mikao was so polite, professional and he listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike was wonderful. He was friendly and efficient. The carpets look wonderful when he was done. And they were older carpet. We just moved into this new location and the previous owner had two dogs which he kept in that office or second bedroom. Mike did everything he could to improve that situation....

My carpets are nice and clean. Michael took his time and did a great job. I would have given 5 stars except he showed up an hour late, I did receive a call explaining traffic caused the lateness. I can accept 10 or 15 minutes late for traffic. But all ended well with clean carpets.

Quick and efficient. Mikao was respectful of my home and my pets. He was able to work around barriers and put up a screen to the front door to keep my pups In. The carpets look new again! I would absolutely use Simple Steam again.

Mikao cleaned our carpets and they looked fabulous when he finished. He was very professional, wore a mask all the time, arrived on time and overall gave us a 5 star job. Would definitely use Simple Steam again and would ask for Mikao.

Protected the corners of our house with plastic barriers so that the house wouldn't damage the corners. He has a truck mounted steam cleaner that made the carpets feel new....
