I was able to schedule for the next day in a crunch situation and the technician was on time and set up meticulously (tarping the door, protecting all the corners). The pricing was extremely transparent, with no upsell or hidden costs like other companies, and they agitated in the Scotch Guard, which I really appreciated. I intend to use Simple Steam every time from now on, after never being that impressed with any company that's come out. I have small children and a dog and the carpets were honestly a mess and they look brand new now. He even cleaned both on top of the rug we have under the dining room table, and underneath it.
