Mikao gave a quote that was reasonable and that he stuck to. He was on time and did an excellent job. Was very professional. Protected the corners of our house with plastic barriers so that the house wouldn't damage the corners. He has a truck mounted steam cleaner that made the carpets feel new. There were a few stains that I didn't think would come out, but he was able to work his magic on them. Most carpet cleaners will not move any furniture, but Mikao went the extra mile and moved a few items for me. Will use him again for sure!
