🏡 Broker and “Founder” Nicole Van Treese stole and kept personal belongings of the buyers agent and held on to a government issued ID for over a year (Passport)
Nicole is “keeping” personal items of the buyers agent and WILL NOT return the items after numerous requests that go ignored.

Worked at typical brokerage in past for 10 years. Was relatively happy but I was introduced to an opportunity to build and own a sellable asset. SIDE has been fantastic to work with. They have streamlined many of our backend systems to allow us more time to work with our clients and sell houses. Their CRM has been great to work with. Their brokers and legal department have been very beneficial in dealing with some complicated real estate transactions. If you are looking to take your business to the next level and start your own brokerage, SIDE is the company for you. I highly recommend them.

It's great that you can work remotely, but this is only fair given the huge amount of workload you'll receive most of the time. Despite having flexible work hours, you'll still probably lose your work-life balance because of how much work you'll have to accomplish in a short time. I see some potential in this company but a lot needs to be done by management

Where do I start? ...The experience is everything! As a partner broker, they've treated me extremely well, and the feeling of care and comfort hasn't gone away. They are so forward-thinking and comprehensive with best-practices and business management! I would choose to work with them 100 times over.

The management only wants results and blames employees for every terrible thing. They blamed employees even when the market situation was bad due to COVID-19.

Their appraisal is very low but they price your property really high. It's like the only one who's gonna profit is them, when you own the property.

I joined Side inc a couple of months ago and I can ( after years of being in real estate) say that I am very happy to be a part of this fantastic company ! The professionalism, the care for agents, the support for us to succeed in our business, the open communication and always willing to help- what a great formula for success ! They are any other brokerage.They promise a lot but deliver quite less. You would be wise to ignore them if you can find someone else to help you.

Hanging my Real Estate license with SIDE was the best decision I have ever made for my career. SIDE is in touch with their agents and cares about our needs more than anything. It feels like working for a small business but one with HUGE things ahead for this industry!

I moved my company over to Side in early 2020. Side puts me first. They are looking for ways to help streamline my business and allow me to focus on what I enjoy doing most, which is working with my clients. I have had the pleasure of being a partner with Side now for over two years and I can not speak more highly about the concept or the people involved. The slide app for transaction is quite slow and troubling. My customers and I were both frustrated by the slowness of it all.
