The worst of the worst for a professional woman in senior management. Chugach when they had the civil engineering contract for civil engineering and operations for KAFB was a horrible environmental for professional women. We were sexually manipulated, harassed, and discriminated against--it was a hostile working environment when I was there as the only woman in senior management, and we were paid a lot less then the men in senior management. Was employed through Chugach at KAFB for three years and received a very small severance pay to leave and not to disclose the abhorrent working conditions. HR was of no help.
