I have had the pleasure of being a partner with Side now for over two years and I can not speak more highly about the concept or the people involved. As both a thirty plus year real estate veteran and a third generation realtor I had always been pretty sure I did not want to run my own brokerage. I was very happily ensconced for 25 years with a local family owned, very high end boutique company. I had, of course, spoken with other firms over the years but none (including a couple of the big new companies) had ever offered me anything that I found really tempting..until I spoke with Side. Someone had finally found a way of providing me with everything I needed to really create my own practice, based on the ideals and values which are so important to me, while also providing the back end structure which I knew I had neither the patience nor desire to deal with.

Two years later I have a growing team, a powerful marketing engine and a successful funnel of business and more importantly, something that is mine. I am the boss. Side takes the amazing position of working for me, not me for them. This company is growing fast, but thoughtfully, and I am thrilled to be growing with them!
