Horrible.

Everytime i call the Spanish speakers ar very rude to my English calls
They do not ketbyiu speak. They speak as your speaking. You can never speak to a manager. They say “they will say the same thing.”

I have 3 homes. Three different services. This company is the far worst in customer service. Even working equipment. Their equipment failed many times.

If you live out of the country do not go with This company.

This company is appalling. I sold my property and had to leave Spain. Every other service provider accepted the cancellation of service, Electric, Mobile Phone , TV Wifi etc. with one email or conversation.

Securitas makes up unnecessary procedures - you have to apply to a specific department, which you have to email and apply for a cancellation. They took 3 weeks to reply - so missed the next monthly payment. Then when they reply - I have to complete a form. Then another then send them my ID - which I sent -then they want my passport. They want my Spanish ID - I don't have one - only an NIE as I'm not resident. Each time a delay. I sold my house in April - Its Now June, and they are asking for more documentation, both sides of my passport and saying I missed another deadline. When I said I can just cancel the direct debit - they said they would pursue me for payment, register it as a bad debt etc. Shocking, Shocking never deal with these people in Spain. Expensive and complete scammers.

Simply, it is very easy to sign the contract and they will be very sweet with you but it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the contract.
I sold my apartment in Madrid and left the country and cancelled the contract 4 months ago but still unable to stop the company from withdrawing from my bank account.
The only way to get rid of them is to stop the "domiciliation" with the bank.
Unethical behavior from a Security company.

Quite possibly the worst company in Spain. I have been trying to cancel a contract with this company for two months, I am willing to pay the cancellation fee, however they do not reply, they pass you from department to department, they never ever resolve the issue of cancelling the contract. The stress of dealing with this company is really not worth it, looking back I wish I had never used their services in the first place. The most unprofessional company I have had to deal with in my whole life, I highly recommend you steer clear - I have called no less then 50 times in two months to cancel the contract and I am still having to deal with this joke of a company.

Sweden's best alarm company. But also more expensive than the best!

Scam company!
Never again!
