This company is appalling. Three months to cancel

This company is appalling. I sold my property and had to leave Spain. Every other service provider accepted the cancellation of service, Electric, Mobile Phone , TV Wifi etc. with one email or conversation.

Securitas makes up unnecessary procedures - you have to apply to a specific department, which you have to email and apply for a cancellation. They took 3 weeks to reply - so missed the next monthly payment. Then when they reply - I have to complete a form. Then another then send them my ID - which I sent -then they want my passport. They want my Spanish ID - I don't have one - only an NIE as I'm not resident. Each time a delay. I sold my house in April - Its Now June, and they are asking for more documentation, both sides of my passport and saying I missed another deadline. When I said I can just cancel the direct debit - they said they would pursue me for payment, register it as a bad debt etc. Shocking, Shocking never deal with these people in Spain. Expensive and complete scammers.
