My apartment is clean. The staff is friendly. It's on the beach. My dog likes it. It's a very relaxing place to stay.

Wonderful motel to make you remember the places you stayed in from the "70s. Who wants fancy and slick all the time. You should try this place if you're not snobby!

This place is absolutely amazing worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anybody long-term short-term if you miss out on this opportunity you're going to kick yourself. The staff is absolutely amazing very accommodating Debbie was such a friendly person and Robert is probably one of the most phenomenal groundskeepers I have ever seen the cleanliness is amazing. I don't write many reviews but I cannot help but rave about every single little facet of this motel. Thank you for a luxurious and accommodating stay.

Very clean,quiet and the staff were very accomadating would recommend any to stay.

The beds were comfy, the space was larger than expected and contained more amenities than expected. The tile floors and neutral colors of the walls make the place feel like the beach Paradise it is.

Great lil get away!!! Wonderful staff, courteous & helpful. I love this area and the scenes at this Wonderous lil Motel is wonderful & the goos vibes are heavenly!! I adore this Sea Scape Escape as I like to call it!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Scape. We stayed in an apartment, nice kitchen well equipped. Everything is well maintained and clean! All the necessary appliances, refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher & microwave. Plenty of dishes etcetera. Very nice pull-out couch-bed and a very nice flat-screen TV with hundreds of channels. We took advantage of wifi, it was great too. Prices were very reasonable. Much thanks to the friendly staff! Almost forgot, terrific beach access and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Sea Scape's location is very convenient to everything in the surrounding areas. Thanks again for the hospitality!

One of the best places to stay on A1A in Indialantic really cozy home like feeling. With the ocean directly behind you you can sleep to the sound of the ocean all night long! It looks like a little village it's awesome! I recommend it to everybody!

Very cool old school motel.. Very clean.. like little apartments with your own little kitchen and bedroom. We can't wait to go back for another staycation!

I loved this place so much I decided to stay 2 extra nights. The staff went above and beyond by allowing me to check in early and made sure I had everything I need, from beach towels to info on the best breakfast places. They also upgraded me to a better room for free which I greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this place.

Kitschy, homey and clean. Very friendly staff, plenty of amenities and great beach access. This is the real Florida. One stay here and you'll never want to stay in a chain hotel again. Will definitely be back.

Small cozy getaway. You'll get (same) beach as "top name" next door); you won't get 1000 strangers (wait for subway when you get back to be trapped with 1000s strangers). Great little place to get away-swim, surf, fish. See sun rise (a few steps at most) on Ocean (2 hours drive to see sun set on other Sea if you want). & very Pet Friendly!

Sweet little cottage style motel right on the beach. Very clean, roomy, with a full kitchen and living room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need except groceries. Great for a family.

One of the last Sea side mom and pop motels. Debbie the manager is fantastic. Takes the time to make sure you are well taken care of. Rooms are perfectly set and spotless and have everything if needed to cook if you like.
Only issue is leaving. You want to stay forever.

The rooms are clean, the grounds are well maintained, the motel is a cute relic from the '50's, and the customer service is top notch!

Very quaint, individual little studio type rooms with full kitchens. Clean & quite. Rates are very reasonable especially being on the ocean. When family visits I always recommend Sea Scape the best part is they can bring their little dogs with them.

Cute and quaint, this was a super convenient location and the price was great. It has a great little slice of beach behind it and the staff us fairly accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by this place and would definitely stay again.

Nice beach, liked the first room they put us in, great access to the beach. The grill needs to be updated a bit, didnt have one complete grill that went across. Clean and affordable.

Clean, great service, serene. No security, no available services in the evening.

If I could I would give this place a zero. I booked a month in advance throught expedite got the confirmation and nothing more. You would think this means you have a room right? No, wrong not when the hotel cancels it and does not inform you it's cancelled. I showed up expecting a hotel room only to find out from expedite that the hotel had cancelled it...... fortunately I found a room elsewhere not far away. But still I have never experienced this before and I have booked online many times! If this hotel does not want people to book online with them they should take themselves off the hotel websites........if you scroll through the reviews you will see I am not the first to have thier reservation cancelled with no notice. You have been warned.

The location is great but that s all that s great. make sure u take pics of how dirty it is before u unpack take pics before u leave or they lie and try to put extra cleaning charges on you.

Uh-may-zing. Cool little place. Basically like a small apartment, great price, super nice desk lady, and we saw baby sea turtles leaving their nest going into the ocean for the first time! I guess that's a thing around here. Pro tip, do NOT use white light to see them (usually hatch at night) they follow moon light to the ocean or something like that and it confuses them. Totally reccomend. Also, I fought a crab. Then we became friends.

Absolutely love this place , a little home away from home. Very nice place to get away . I enjoyed the full kitchen , or grill outside . Plus your right on the beach . I've stayed here more than once and look forward to going back.

Phenomenal location, service, and atmosphere. From family vacation to business travel, we don't stay anywhere else.

Love love love this place!! Staff is amazing. View is gorgeous. Hotel is quaint clean and comfy! We will continue to stay here whenever possible.

Amazing location! We couldnt believe how great our stay was. We ended getting our own little bungalow. The price was amazing. Direct access to the beach. We asked the attendant if they had fishing poles we could borrow since we forgot ours. She said unfortunately, no. We went to lunch at Bunkys and when we returned, two surf rods were on our door step! She had taken the time to look through some items people had left behind and found them! Our stay was so delightful we plan to go back in the near future.

Beach access. Clean and well equipped room. Nice interior and exterior decor. Beach terrace.

The good: Rooms are roomy; good beach location.
The bad: Everything else: Facilities are old and lacking maintenance; even the bath toiletries are substandard.
This is definitely a place I'm not coming back to.

This is a great place to stay. Right on the beach. They have beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels for your convenience. The maintenance man Rob is the best. He is nice and very helpful. He has 2 friendly squirrels that love when he is around. Everyone enjoyed watching him feed the squirrels. The grandkids were amazed. We had the best time!! We will definitely stay here again!!!!!

Perfect little getaway spot! It was all we were looking for to celebrate our trip to Florida. I rose early to watch the sun come up and beach-combed to my s content. Quaint and small with large quality and character. Leaves you with fond memories and a longing to return.

I was going to leave 4 stars because it's an older motel. But my wife reminded me, we knew that when we booked it...we really are enjoying our stay. Debbie and Stacy (managers) have been great.

We were looking for an affordable place right on the beach. Not to easy to find. A place not too far from Orlando.

We found this place and it's perfect for what we wanted.

It's an older establishment and not really any bells and whistles. Our room however was small, but clean. AC cooled well and there was no unpleasant smell normally associated with an older motel.

The staff were all friendly, not intrusive at all. We were beach side and just loved it.

You know before you stay here what your room is like. When we looked at our room, one of two that interests us, we understood it was small.

We will return as often as we can and absolutely recommend this for a family or couple that want a quiet, beach front getaway that's affordable for working class families.

Great little place right on the beach. The room was super clean and the staff was so inviting! Big thanks to Sandy for being so helpful and sweet! We have already booked our next trip here when we can stay a little longer!

This adorable little motel is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the rooms have all sorts of little conveniences- even a disposable razor! Make sure to explore the grounds a little- there is a nice succulent garden, a chikee with tables and benches, and lounge chairs. We will definitely stay here again.

Reminds me of hows the layout was at the old TV show Melrose Place. Nice, clean room with kitchen complete with dishes and everything! Got the online price by asking the lady on the phone for it, she gave me the same deal as Priceline or whoever it was. Reasonable rate! A bit far from Kennedy Space Center, but that is my fault for not checking first.

One of my favorite motels I've ever been to. Old Florida style, right on the beach. Great rates but try to book early because they fill up fast esp. during season.

The Sea Scale Motel is an amazing find! The room was great and the staff was beyond fantastic. This is our new go to place for relaxing time at the beach.

Wall unit air which could be ok but the one was very loud with grinding noise. So, no circulating air in bathroom, no exhaust fan in bathroom/shower. Stepped out of bed Into water. Lights on all night shining through windows.

I really liked it here! It's quiet, and had instant access to the beach. I interacted with three employees of the hotel, and every one was very friendly. The room was cute, and I felt very relaxed just hanging out in there! I would definitely stay here again.

They cancelled reservation - did not inform me. While it is pet friendly, the reason for cancellation was they did not want my dog there.

A cozy and small but fabulous place. A great getaway! Our room was ready upon an early arrive and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room is exceptionally clean and very well stocked with dishes, pans, fridge, stove & microwave. There are plenty of pillows & towels and free cable and wifi. Absolutely love it as much as we did many years ago. Will definitely be back asap!

My family has been coming here for years and we have stayed in several different rooms.
If you're looking for a quiet, casual atmosphere to enjoy the beach then Sea Scape Motel & Apartments is your place! Don't expect to find a swimming pool filled with screaming, splashing children. There is no pool! There is the ocean and the sky. Here you will also find clean sheets, comfortable beds with enough amenities to help you enjoy your stay.

It's was very quaint and right on the beach and lots of places to eat and drink close by.

This is our second year visiting Sea Scape and our family loves it. Very friendly owners.

Just stayed at sea scape for weekend..we rented 4 rooms for my son's wedding...all rooms were cozy and very clean...it was a little piece of heavin..very cozy and romantic place for a small wedding...I was very pleased ....Deborah and all staff were very helpful and friendly...we will definitely be going back....

Old style motel very nice location right on the beach we had a very nice room with a small kitchen, very nice motel can only be recommended, not perfect but you have to see the pictures speak for themselves

Super friendly staff that was very accommodating, spacious rooms that are clean and welcoming, right on the beach with a great area for morning coffee and watching the sun rise over the ocean. 10/10 would recommend
