Seascape Motel Review

I should give this place 4 stars as it deserves 6.... Only because i dont want the price to go up! Not only was this probably my favorite location and hotel i stayed in wile on a small business trip.... The staff... The staff are so lovely... My gawd... Just easy to work with... Friendly easy going... They left the key out for me, and turned the lights and air on when i got there... I was like totally at home.... Loved the room with the small kitchenet that had all the stuff ya need.... The publix right down the street... And nice places to have food delivered right to your door so you dont have to booze cruise....
Looking forward to returning, and i dont say that often!

Been very happy every time coming here. Very clean and the staff is wonderful. Nice sunrises.

Stayed here 2 years ago. Very old school type motel. Reminds you of the 60 s and 70 s Florida. Will stay here again

Cute and quiet efficiency rooms right on the beach.
Needs some tlc but enjoyed it.

i am a service connected disabled veteran and alrhough the place is nice and acheap price i can not stay here due to the owner of the property will not allow my ptsd sercvice animal to stay. he is a large puppy mixed great dane.

We found this apartment to be very well equipped with everything we needed. Debbie Was wonderful and helped us with everything we asked about. We shall be coming back soon. The access to the beach was GREAT. Never enjoyed a stay in a motel or apartment as much as we did this! Thanks for everything we love you guys

Stayed here a number of times over the years. Use to be a cozy little place right on the beach but was pretty run down last visit. Would not recommend.

Our family loves this motel! If the ocean front suite is available, it's a definite must--with large windows for a great ocean view. Still, you can enjoy the view, no matter the room, as there is an ocean front common area with tables, beach chairs and a hammock. Yes, the motel is a bit dated looking, but we think that's part of the charm. The units are very clean, the staff is awesome, and it's steps from the beach.

Good location and great hosts but currently next door to a construction site so very noisy.

Absolutely perfect for what my wife and I wanted; peaceful, quiet, and basically a private beach in a 1950"s motel among the big condos. Will definitely return.

Loved this place and definently will be back. The rooms are tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The location is just beautiful, Everyone there is so helpful, we had an amazing time and highly recommend everyone to stay here

Very nice people, very quaint and cozy place, if it had a pool it would be absolutely perfect getaway, can't wait to stay here in July!

A diamond in the rough. Clean, attentive staff and close to local cuisine and beach.

The owner is very rude. The room wasn t clean. When someone pulled out the sleeper sofa, there were candy wrappers and popcorn falling out of the sofa bed. They say they clean the rooms, yet the shower looks like it has mold on it. My cousin had a bunch of bed bug bites after sleeping in the one bed in the bedroom. That is just disgusting. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Nice little place, remodeled in the last couple years. Nothing fancy but if all you want is beach and a relaxing time, it's just fine. Office staff was very nice and helpful! We stayed in #10 which has a king size bed and full kitchen, living room and dinette area. Very reasonable, and you are right on the beach. Moo's is just down the street too!

Stole my credit card number and tried to clean me out. Double charged for room. We paid cash and she charged credit card as well. Scummy clientele. Nice room and location to Beach but what an ordeal. Beware of giving CC INFO to hold room had to open a new account. Suspect Owner is Drug user? Terrible experience and very untrustworthy and manipulative. Sad Beautiful place

I absolutely loved the Sea Scape Motel! I had an Efficiency Apt and everything I needed, in it, to store food, cook, etc. The staff was wonderful!

Management is great! All the ladies are very nice, and whomever checked me in offered a room upgrade at a discounted rate. The option was given to add on extra nights, I wish I had taken it.

The reason for 4 stars is the kitchen area was rather hazardous; my oven mitt had a gigantic hole (see attached picture) and when I cooked a pizza it stuck to the foil that lined the shelves and burnt the bottom with the toppings still raw. You need to have the air circulation underneath to prevent things like that from happening, not sure why the foil is there. I wanted to use a pan, but they only had a rectangular one. Maybe it's needless to say, but I set the fire alarm off with my burnt pizza, and when I tried to take it out of the oven by pulling the shelf forward, I burned myself due to the hole in the oven mitt.

Besides that, the stay was a major success! There was a laundry room, extra towels and some board games in the office to use, beach toys and boards available around the side of the office, a nice seating area in the back with lots of chairs available, and a grill and rinsing station. As for the room itself, it was a lot nicer than I expected. After looking at the one bedroom upgrade I was offered, I decided to stick with the studio because it was just as nice!

Even with COVID-19 making housekeeping a little difficult, it wasn't hard to find someone and ask for more towels. Even had a lady come by before the end of my stay and ask if I needed more of anything.

Overall, very enjoyable!

Old fashioned motel on the beach. Some modern additions but nothing to damage the mid-twentieth century feel to the place. Charming. Cozy.

Cute little motel on the beach. Rooms are comfy and good for families. Staff was friendly. It you're looking for luxury, there's a Double Tree down the street. Don't stay here and complain about the lack of breakfast. If your looking for a nice little place that feels like the beach vacations you took with your family as a kid, this is it!

Phenomenal experience. The staff was very friendly, especially Debbie at the front desk. Very accommodating. The rooms were very nice and clean and have no complaints. Wonderful little motel, cozy feel.

Lovely, quirky Motel, right on the beachfront, with friendly staff, who are happy to help. We had an issue with a reservation in May, and whilst we appreciated they were not in a position to refund, they have offered a one night stay with n lieu, which was lovely of them.

Right on beach good price rooms don't look like the picture they show very nice 55 inch TV nice and clean

I don t want to tell people about it. They will book it up all the time. What a gem this place is! We make it a yearly trip. Quite nearly private beach as well. Love love! Both Debbie and her daughter are super nice staff there.

I usually come here for Memorial Day. Good view of the beach. DO NOT drink the tap water here. Its tastes like bleach.

There nice but rooms need to bw cleaner bathroom smell really bad

I got there early and she let us check in. She also found, on her own, that the TV wasn't working, and she and the maintenance man didn't stop until it was fixed. Room is spotless with a comfy bed. Easy beach access and quiet. Would stay here again!

We've been coming here a couple of times a year for almost 30 years. Price is great, owners & staff most accommodating. Rooms/apartments are clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the location.

Good value and nice location. However it was quite noisy due to the road and the construction site next door. Overall it was a cheap and cute place to stay for the night.

Cozy, clean, REALLY spacious, & staff is pleasant. Sits right on a quiet part of the beach too.

Adorable motel right on the beach, it's a piece of old Florida wedged between new developments that are building around it. My room was great , bed was comfortable. Setting was private with a larger common center area if you wanted to hang outside. I will definitely go back when I have more time to spend at the beach. The owner is very friendly and provided good information and communication with check in procedures ( she's in the office till 5, so if you check in after that she leaves self check in instructions).
My room included a small kitchen and sitting area, other rooms are a bit smaller, but it has everything you need, is clean, and a fun place to stay.

This place is right next to the beach. Parking is limited but there wasn't that much people there. There are nice restaurants near by. Only thing is that the bathroom have some bad oder smell. Also there are construction going on now and seem like it won't be done anytime soon; if you like to sleep in.

Very nice little place. Tastefully updated. Very clean and sanitised. Very polite professional staff. We had a small 3 room suite. It even had a dishwasher. Very cosy. Much nicer than the pictures. Walk out of your room and onto the beach.

Beautiful location, incredibly friendly staff. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is a hands on owner and caters to all the needs of her guests. Cant beat the price for what you get!

Great food, great view!!! You can only have food inside, no food on the balcony and no drinks on the beach.

Smallish but Clean and kept up, outside shower, and pleasant sun deck above the beach, with grill and chickee. Pet friendly, but you pay for the privilege.

Eh was ok. On the older side, a little run down feeling. Like an old 50s home. Was fairly comfortable, has little kitchen area if you want to cook. No tv in bedroom. No breakfast or store on site. No pool or hot tub. Didn't really feel like staying at a fancy hotel, but like you were renting an old home. Not necessarily bad, just a different atmosphere. The main plus is you're literally right next to the beach. So you can roll right out of bed, take a 1 minute walk and watch the sunrise, then go back to bed. Lol.

This is the only place I stay at when I come home from Montana and always in Suite 14. Very friendly staff and very clean! I actually book my vacations around the availability of this particular room!

Best spot to enjoy the ocean . Enjoy Beautiful views and great people.

Hidden gem with old Florida charm. Easy check in. They were very accommodating. On the beach and lots of restaurants and bars near by. My room was huge with full kitchen and everything I needed. I will definitely be returning this spot. Hope it never sells to the high rise communities.

Needs to have a dedicated smoking area or two. Smokers could smoke everywhere

Absolutely love this place... My husband purposed here and we spent our honeymoon here... The staff is awesome and so friendly... We try to make it at least once a month....

Beautiful area , great staff. Was awesome that they were open after Irma needed the A/C thanks to Debbie, Stacey,Pam, Chris and all the outher staff.

I'm here for the weekend the staff is friendly and accommmodating. My room is spacious and clean with everything you would need for the weekend. Very satisfied and excited for my stay.
