Just received my new Scotty Hoodie today. Ordered it yesterday! I believe I spoke to Andrew on the phone and he was great. The hoodie is even better than the picture on there website
Great service and customer support for my two older electric down-riggers. Sent them in for an overhaul, received them back by mail (no charge) within two weeks, new parts replaced as necessary. Now running better than before.
