It's 9pm 20th June and the power's gone out. The street is full of SA Power Network people. Got a letter to say maintenance would be done on the 21st starting at 6AM. I'm all for getting an early start but this is ridiculous.

Dreadful service. Have to wait all day for new connection - potentially up to midnight - with no idea of what time the connection could happen.
They seem to think it is totally reasonable that you sit from 8am till midnight waiting for them to turn up as they are unable to schedule a work day. The young man in the call centre was as useful as he could be however the system is broken.
