Great place to order corporate run tshirts! Communication was great, T-shirt came in time, print was nice, and dry fit material is legit. Great price too! We ordered the ATC Pro Team tee, both mens and womens, true to size.

Ordered about 50 tank tops for our rowing team in Victoria BC. Lots of help from the Artik designers, and the whole order showed up at my doorstep in BC three days after ordering. Shirts look great and the team loves them!

I came to Artik in a pinch! Needed 18 customized basketball uniforms (of a very specific colour that is not widely available) done in a less than a week. Needless to say, quite stressed that this request would not be possible and we would have to appear at the international competition without team uniforms. Artik team was excellent! Accommodating, helpful, supportive, responsive... The entire process was hassle-free! And the uniforms turned out great! Highly recommend!

I ordered approximately 15 volleyball jerseys for my girls' volleyball team. From beginning to end the process was simple, and the jerseys themselves looked great. We had very fast turnaround. Especial thanks to Kristin, the sales rep I worked with, who was extremely helpful and prompt the whole way through.

Brianna was awesome. We collaborated for around a month to make sure that the order and design was just right for our team. She was very patient with me throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend their services, and will likely use them for future merchandising.

Excellent customer service! I've been using Artik for custom t-shirts and other merch for our youth group for a couple years now. Only once was there a mistake, so they rushed a brand new order just in time before our big event! We live near Vancouver in BC, and their orders still come in record time!

Whom ever the lady at reception is was extremely rude, literally could not answer my question and refused to pass me to someone who could for no apparent reason. Just wanted to know if they could do a larger then normal embroider. I'm concerned of her mental well being. Lost a potential customer. Only review I've ever wrote in my life (I'm not one of those people).

Amazing service! These guys will do everything to make a customer happy. I am 100% satisfied with this place. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) was great: quality of T-shirts (I ordered American Apparel), quality of print (screen), price and, as I mentioned earlier, customer service. I will definitely come back if I need more prints. PS I have been in three places before I found Artik and I have to say that all of them were far below Artik in at least two out of four criteria I mentioned above. Ordered 15 hockey jerseys using their customization application and it all came out beautifully. There was one jersey with a number error but they offered to remake it quickly and without a fuss. Overall, they have very good service and quality!

Ordered a set of reversible jerseys for our women's hockey team. They looked great and we were happy with the service. The screening began to smear after only a few washes. I emailed my rep Kristin with a photo of the issue, not really sure what to expect in response. The jerseys were replaced with an upgraded style without any hesitation or cost to us. We were even able to make minor design tweaks prior to them being reprinted. We had a brand new set of jerseys sent to us within 2 weeks of me emailing about the problem. Excellent service, people that understand pride of workmanship and customer service.

Just picked up the custom mugs Artik made for me, and they are great! Very happy with the work they did, and the short timeline they had to do it. I needed 100 mugs with a logo on it, by a certain date, and they worked with me to make it happen. They even helped me find the perfect mug and price it out accordingly. I would definitely use this company again!

Their selection of promotional items is remarkable, and their prices competitive for the most unlikely items as well! Artik exceeded my expectations. I ordered 20 soccer jersey's through Artik for my company team. Cat N at Artik did an excellent job at providing professional and friendly service while providing a competitive price. Although there was a small miscommunication related to the order, Cat rectified the issue and delivered a great product. I would definitely recommend their service.

I had a request for 70+ tees, back and front printing, for a very special group of individuals....and I needed them done within two weeks. The tees were finished within just a few days....and the quality was perfect!!! Andrew Gardos, who I was dealing with, had promised me that I would be HAPPY....I can tell you that I wasn't just happy, but the entire team was so excited with the final tees. I have worked with Artik since 2003, we do an annual trip with a large group to the Niagara region for a wine tour and we always get something for the whole group, last year we got custom printed T-shirts and this year we got embroidered caps. I like that they are downtown Toronto, just 15 minutes from my work. I find the staff at Artik exceptionally caring and I keep coming back because they do good work and they are great to deal with.

By the simple fact I had 5 email exchanges, 2 phone calls, and 3 quotes done before any other vendor I contacted even replied to my initial message, they deserve 5 stars. I will update my review if anything changes throughout the process of completing this order but I think I found a winner here.
