Go to the Reno Bike Project - They are really helpful, honest and the price is more than fair. This is a very unusual bike shop. Kind of hippy-ish, but very nice people, friendly, not snobby. The fact you can come in and use their extensive tools and truing stands for a very nominal fee is a grea...

Two Locations, now! Thanks for the help. I'm most of the way through building a single speed from an old Motobecane 10-speed someone left by a dumpster, and got most of my parts, including wheels, tires and an hour of shop time and tools for a really really great price. Ray and Ray you rock. Cheers.

Rented a bike and returned it, was charged the $40 for the bike. The $500 security hold on the bike was not refunded to my account until I called my bank to dispute the charge two days later. Seems a bit ridiculous to me to have to charge 500 dollars to ensure a return on the bike. Maybe you should ...

The ladies and gents here are passionate plus knowledgeable about biking. They are obviously in the game for the community, not just about the money. As far as my experience has been, buying a part by itself or having it installed on site is the same price. No extra fees. Quick work. On the spot.

Totally the coolest bike shop I've ever been in. Mainly used parts, all used bikes to buy, but they teach you how to tune your bike and it's dirt cheap for that and to work on your bike there. Super cool, highly recommend.

Hands on repair help or they'll work on it for you. Friendly staff with a big selection of used parts. The best thing is that they are giving back to the community, donating bikes to kids, commuter assistance, etc... Kudos! I'll be back.

Excelent staff and great used parts for a fair price. I went there twice with flat tires and bent wheels. They help me choose the best tire tube and offered me used wheels in very good condition for a price much cheaper than new ones. I cannot be more satisfied.
