Incredible place. Awesome go-karts service, mini golf, laser tag. Come here for a work function with a bunch of people, it was great!

Took my boyfriend here as a valentine gift (we're in our 40's) and we had a blast, feeling like kids again!

Tracks are fun to ride on for a few races, and there's other things to do there, as well. Great to go in a group, and get out some of your competitive mature. Several of the karts seemed to backfire, though, which can be annoying if stuck behind one. All in all, a fun place to hit up on occasions.

We visited Track 21 for a birthday party and had a great time. The staff was friendly and everything was clean and organized well. The lines were not long for Laser Tag or Go Karts. Will visit again.

Good place for laser tag! Went there with a group of 15+ guys and got a great deal on the laser tag games. The arena was fun, with two whole floors and a good number of bonus like power-ups (rapid fire and invincibility) and bases/aliens/UFOs to kill. Overall it was really fun and we all had a great time.

The min-golf was so-so. A bit small and a bit too challenging, so not as fun.

Went here a couple years ago for go carting and had a good time as well.

Tip: on Saturdays go in the early afternoon, as after 4 there was a huge increase in the people there.

The cashier seemed confused but we had a good time once we got away from her.

We enjoyed ourselves at this track. The seventeen and younger track is shorter than adult track. The adult track weaves, turns and twists so it is much more fun. Only had 2 people in group so pay much more money. If you go in bigger group it is so much cheaper per person per race. You have to pay for the required $2.00 doo tag for head cover hygiene reason so that the public helmets dont touch your own head.

Great facility, very professional staff, and a fun time for everyone that went.

Requires registration papers and waivers to ride go karts, so be aware before taking group of kids (if you aren't the parent). Also arcade area have games that don't work.

Good tracks consists of 10 minutes of racing is a safe place they give you the rules and equipment and then at the end the statistics of each lap and your final position

Made for a fun date! Honestly, if it weren't for the date I would never have gone. The prices are outrageous. I would love to take my 2 boys but at those rates we gotta stick with Boomers. But it's fun for a guy's fun time or a fun date.

I once went here with my friend st night one time and basically everytime me and my friend would race we were always black flagged or called out for going to fast like what your supposed to go fast on a cart and it also didn't help that the helmets yall provided us kept on fogging up and therefor we had to basically open up out wheel thing just to even see the track in front of us and let's not forget when I got spun out it litterally took them 3 minutes to get to me with them taking there time getting me unspinned which made me angry in which case I had to ask for a free race just cause the dude took so long to actually free me instead of just freezing the clock to race and sadly I lost the ticket when my stuff got stolen a few month later so yeah

Prices are always reasonable if you have the membership.

Went here to race cars and it was so much fun. I wish we had a place like this in my city. I would definitely come back in the future if I am ever in Houston

Pricey for the length of time food pricey long hold time have the video games dont work they dont stop the time if anyone wreck just money waisted

Another star for offering activities.
Zero stars for everything else. The staffs are rude and not knowledgeable of their jobs. Bathroom smells. The prices for mini golf and bumper car are expensive. Not coming back.

The cart racing alone made the drive from Katy worth it.

Amazing place for all ages. Gocart track is awesome. Golf is a thrilling experience and Lazer tag give you the real feel of warfare.
Must visit place with group of friends to get more fun.

Depsite how the area looks it is a good place to go and ride Go Carts and play lazer tag! Good prices and deals on groupon are available. The kids always have fun when they go! Two tracks are available for Adults and the young ones!

Slow go karts, my 12 year old son passed me twice. This place is a joke if you want to race and compete with your friends.

Had a good time here. The track was fast, and fun. To be just gokarts, they can really move! The staff kept it pretty safe, as well. Also had fun doing the miniature golf, in neon. It was a fun course to shoot. My overall experience was great. Highly recommended you visit.

Disregard the bad reviews. They sucked me in with this membership for 25 a whole year.. was skeptical. But when you get behind the wheel it's Forza. Exactly what u want for the money. Get the membership! It Helps with future costs. And for the ones who have little ones. The rules are on the wall before u even talk to them

Signing in for go kart racing was quick, and our fun safety briefing followed a few minutes after that. The track rules were explained with information on what the different flag colors meant, and a recap of how to operate a go kart. The 10-minute race was fast and exhilarating, although my kart wasn't always easy to control in the corners since the steering was rather stiff. It's possible this was specific to my kart as well.

Very cool place if you are looking for indoor fast carts. They are heavy on rules, so if you are looking for a casual spin around the track, forget it.

However, if you are looking to work on your driving and get your best time ever while competing shadings friends and others, then you are in the right place.

Would be perfect for a group experience.

I worry about the go kart track here. I would not bring my kids here. They have a karting track just for kids, but they don't tell the kids how to properly maneuver the track. I have seen multiple crashed into walls because the kids have no idea what to do. I have seen children pulled from the race because they have been frightened by hitting the wall at full speed, around 25mph. I personally have gotten a concussion from the adult track more than once, due to inadequate briefing and lazy employees.

Another thing that astonished me, was a manager was playing obscene music through the company's PA system while customers were approaching the track. This person didn't really care about safety or crashes.

I would be cautious going to the karting track. They don't maintain the karts until someone is injured. Fuel caps loose and spilling gasoline all over customers and the track. There's been water on the track and customers slam into the walls until someone eventually mops it up.

I could go on, but it's a lost cause. The Operations Manager , who is the most visible employee at the track, pretends he cares. He does not care about safety or his employees. He is very pretentious and brushes you off as nothing, or a number.

Be cautious coming here if you're racing. You'll never know what will happen. You may be treated very well, or brushed off, or you crash due to poor briefing and/or poor maintenance of karts.

New go karts have vastly improved the facility, they handle much better and have pretty good speed for what they are. Skilled drivers can put down quick times.

We had a GREAT experience last Sunday, when we had a GoKart Party for our son at Track 21. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by our host Loraina. She arrived in good time for the party and everything was ready and just waiting for us. Our Party room had everything we had been promised, maybe not the most fancy, but I was told that I could bring extra decorations if I desired. Loraina was an Excellent host, very attentive and eager to do everything she could to make the Party a great success and everyone have a really good time.Our son has already decided he want to have his next party here again. When we had finished our party time, Loraina even fixed so we could have a game of Laser tag. We have not attended Track 21 outside a party setting, but I think we are more than ready for future visits, especially for GoKarting,..That vas FUN! THANKS! to Loraina and the guys at the Indy course, Sunday 2013-09-29...(I think it is more likely 225 yards than 225 feet, as it says on the course description) =))

Five stars and my kid is too young to even do the racing part. We've had a Laser tag birthday and several play dates here. Adults and kids can have fun together and not spend a fortune. There is also a 9 hole blacklight mini-golf course. A small gameroom and laser tag. The room is two stories made to look like an urban apocalypse. It's dark and loud but easy to navigate. Employees are helpful and polite.

If you have an expired groupon and see that you can use the value of 29 dollars towards anything you're wrong. They make you buy another go kart race, laser tag and golfing. Such a rip off. That's 36 dollars additional. If you call in for a birthday party be sure to speak to someone who knows what they talking about because I was told they don't do reservations even for birthday parties and then tells you first come first serve. Plan on getting all your plans ruined if you have any here for some reason. 18 dollars per person for a race even when they're at fault for miscommunications and false advertising ?

Definitely awesome... haven't had that much genuine fun in awhile...staff is incredibly awesome... really props to staff... Especially Allen.. great job guys

Party booking Rep. Sarah was extremely rude when asking questions, very impatient interrupted may times within a less than 5 min. She became evasive at point of sending the contract for the deposit and didn't get half of my questions answered I see why urban air & funplex are rated as the best parties never had any issues with them 5yrs. 2 kids.

Happy hour before 5pm on week days $10 a race. Very good value. IF YOU ARE NOT A SPEED DEMON RACER. The adult track is not going to be your friend. Unless you race with other slow drivers. SLOW drivers will ruin the fast driver's time. Also if you haven't done this before, be ready to have sore hands. Karts are fast!!!

Very clean facility. We took our 3yo to mini golf and he loved it! 9 holes and not very crowded.

The staff is really nice and their laser tag and go carts are extremely fun. I would definitely come back to this place.

Best gokarting place around. Great fast carts and work well esp on turns. I been to outdoor ones and there karts were not as fast and one slight turn your off the track or 360. These things handle very well if you ever dont like your kart tell them pull into the pit they will swop you. Been a member for years and it will continue!!!!!

Overall the experience was good, I had a lot of fun and the go carts go really fast. The only reason I am writing a review is because the seatbelt was cutting my neck when I was driving. I am sharing this because maybe this could be helpful for someone else. The picture I am posting is 5 days after. The day it happened the cut felt and looked much worse.

Had our sons 7th birthday party here. We got the package that included 3 rounds of laser tag. Amber was our go to person. She made everything so easy. She was easily found if we needed something, and she explained everything so we knew what to expect. Everyone had a great time. Our party was able to trade the last round of laser tag for mini golf. The group we had loved that. I would recommend this facility. Outside it looks kind of sketchy, but inside was clean and pretty well maintained.

I haven't been here in about 5 years but they really fixed up the place very well. I did all three things go karting laser tag and mini golf. The place was really clean and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Nice and quick staff got you going to your next event over all nice.

Bad staff and didnt let 15 yr old drive, whencalled for requirements, they didnt mention fast track must be 16 yrs or older. Argued and still never apologized for inconvience or mistake. Fat young guy with beard, is a douche!

So Amazinf, barely any wait time and the go carts are so frkn awesome almost as new

This place is awesome, the track is very organize and the laser tag is good. They explained you need to know to have a good experience, they have mats fluffy person friendly. And most of the employees are bilingual. So that s a plus

Great Staff! I can not stress that enough! I raced the go-karts,they made adjustments to the kart for me and answered all my questions. The adult karts are a hoot and fast enough to make me slightly nervous on the sweeper :)

My boyfriend took me here on our first date and I absolutely had a blast. Go Karts and laser tag and mini golf? Super great. Definitely coming back again.

Showed up at 10, as hours online said it was open. Walked the entirety of the place looking for someone, just to be told they didn't open till 2. Got a nice tour of the place though. Will be checking it out again.

It was a little pricey, they didn't honor some of their online deals. However, it was very clean, staff was polite and helpful. The Go-Karts are definitely designed for skinnier people. I'm a little hefty and the adult Kart was VERY snug. And if you are really tall, (I'm 5'8), then it will be a tight fit too, bc the pedals do not extend for taller people. My legs were cramped. But it was a nice facility, nice carts, big track, very nice obstacle course for mini golf and lazer tag!

The adult karts were a lot of fun and very fast! However are on the pricey side compared to most go kart tracks. Unfortunately the laser tag here is not worth a dime. Their gear constantly malfunctioned during our game causing a lot of wasted time I paid for and didn't get back.
Will be back for the karts but highly unlikely to try anything else here.

Was great indoor fun, but yes there were technical issues on our visit too. On the go carts, one kids crashing, and yes he had to leave, held everyone else up and cut everyone elses time. The staff was not very friendly either, but we had a good time. A few little adjustments and this place would be 5 star entertainment and fun.

So. Much. Fun. The instructors were super friendly and I recommend weeknight dates.

I guess they dont have arcade anymore? Theres a lot of paper work to fill out before the go carts and the mini golf is smaller than i thought it would be.

The experience was awesome!!! The staff was excellent. Answeres all my questions. Especially Christian, he was such a pleasure. He was there when needed him, asked us several times if everything was good. He was such a great host. Thank you Christian!!!!

I went for a office team building event, so the price didn't affect me, but this is one of the most fun things o have done in a long time. The party was before normal operating hours so it was just us, we had r qualifying heats and 1finals race so about 20 minutes a peice on the track. The carts are fast and the facility is clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

We took our son and one of his friends for a birthday and the boys had a great time. It was a very reasonable price and they included a lot for the fee we paid. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I've been here a few times, but a bunch of times outside the parking lot, which held RC dragracing. Fun times. The indoor karting is fun too, kinda short track, but lots of gforce fun.

Mini golf was amazing and lots to do such as laser tag overall 4/5
