Rented a bike and returned it, was charged the $40 for the bike. The $500 security hold on the bike was not refunded to my account until I called my bank to dispute the charge two days later. Seems a bit ridiculous to me to have to charge 500 dollars to ensure a return on the bike. Maybe you should buy some insurance for your bikes instead, especially when you already have my card on file. Definitely will rent from somewhere else next time.
