Customer service is phenomenal and personal, the quality of their product is way better than i had expected, you can't even feel like there's ink on your shirt (almost blends into the shirt), and their delivery was exceptional.

Real Thread is best printer I've worked with. Over the years I have ordered many shirts for events at my church and I have tried many different printers, all of them local. Each time there is a problem that leaves me looking for a new printer. This time I did a google search and came across Real Thread. I've never ordered shirts from a company in another state before, but the reviews were so great that I decided to give them a try. And I'm glad I did! I am not exaggerating at all when I say that they are by far better than any other printer I have ordered from. I spoke with Rob via email and he was always super friendly and super fast. The ordering process was really impressive. I was able to view and modify my quote online as well as easily track the status of my order. The shirts turned out exactly how I wanted. And to top it all off, Real Thread gave me the cheapest quote of all the other vendors I quoted. I did not experience one single problem or negative thing. I plan to order all our printing from real thread from here on out.

I would recommend real thread to anyone! A member of their team personally emailed back and forth with me to ensure the best printing for our tank tops. We're already designing our second shirt and can't wait to place another order. Shipping was so fast and we received the shirts several days sooner than our originally projection.

Rob my account manager is very quick to follow up and clarify questions on my projects.

We just received a box of black cotton face masks with printed design and they really made great. I'm the manager of an IT team at a large New York City hospital and we wanted to have cotton masks with one of our corporate mottoes to use when we're at patient facilities. They'll go over the surgical masks that they give us to wear on site. They'll will be much more stylish and help protect the surgical masks which are easily stained and damaged. They also help us send a message to our patients: we put them first.

These masks are very well made: the materials are good and the sewing is well done. The printing is excellent and the colors exactly right.

I've had tshirts printed by multiple companies. Real Threads are by far the best. Their printing technique is 10 times better than silk screen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for higher quality, softer tshirts.

So Real Thread had a couple hiccups with my order at first, after 5 days past the estimated delivery date I sent an email to check the status of the order seeing that the order was still at the burning screen stage on their website, I'm not sure what the details are of why it was stuck in this stage whether it human error or if they were overbooked and taking a while to get to it. Either way they responded with haste and had my order moving again. They gave me free next day shipping and Credit because of it, then they informed me some of the sweatshirts had defects and didn't pass QC giving me an option reprinting the sweatshirts or credit for it, sometimes when it rains it pours. So with Hiccups you might be wondering why did I choose 5 stars still? Everyone and every company makes mistakes, regardless of how hard you try to manage them from happening, yet when they happen how you choose to handle them is where your business can rise or fall. They definitely earned the 5 stars with their handling of the situation without me having to ask for anything extra because of the hiccups. I will be more than happy to bring them my business even after my credit with them is spent. Also the shirts and sweatshirts look phenomenal thank you Joey and Liv and the rest of the staff at RT for the awesome apparel and top notch customer service. -Integrity Seamless Gutters

Real Thread has very good customer service, their website is well done, it lacks the ability to change the ink color of your design online as well as showing print boundaries once the artwork has been placed, but beside that quibble is intuitive and easy. The shirts are true to size, soft, and the printing is perfect; even white art on dark navy shirts. They bumped up my shipping date by a day to accommodate my event requirements: Great touch Real Thread! The shirts were a huge hit with my attendees and they want us to use Real Thread for all future events. Lastly the pricing is slightly less expensive--yes, you read that right: LESS EXPENSIVE--then other sites we have used in the past, and those other sites don't offer that nice, soft, water based ink that blends into the fiber of the shirt and makes it feel so comfortable and look so professional.

I used the online chat feature on their website to ask a few questions, which lead to placing an order the same day. I used their two day "Lightning Service" because the client needed shirts ASAP, and everything was delivered on time and looked great. I'd highly recommend Real Thread!
