For our 4th Annual Hackathon we knew we needed t-shirts that went above and beyond. We wanted gradients, front and back multi-color printing, and our logo on the sleeve. Definitely a tough order, but the cherry on top? We wanted them to glow under black lights, not something your everyday printer can do.

Tiff and the team there are incredible helping us through the process and making sure everything was perfect (including blacklight sensitive gradients), accommodating crazy last-minute sponsor changes, and through it all getting us incredible, super soft, shirts for a great price. This company is amazing. It is made up of people, yes people who want to help you. My order was small and I had a last minute change with the color of the shirt. They were AWESOME. I ordered cloth masks for the company I work for. The website was easy to navigate and it was simple to design the mask. As soon as I submitted my order they stayed in constant communication with me to let me know where we were at with the process at all times. The rep was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. We got our masks in the time frame we were told and we LOVE them! They are great quality and super soft on your face. This was our first try with Real Thread, and we purchased sample shirts before we place our larger bulk order. One of their account managers, Joey, was working with us on our shirt styles and print options. Joey was super patient with us through the whole process. He offered good insight on things to consider not just for now, but the future regarding what we would like to accomplish. He moved at our pace, and made himself available around our hectic schedule. He did a good job, and we can't wait to see the shirts!

Website is very attractive and user-friendly. I placed my order late last night, and had an email early this morning with an update from my account manager (Joey), then had the mockup in my inbox and ready for approval within just a couple hours. Finished up the approval and payment process, and should have my order within a week! The level of communication and speed of the process so far has been exceptional, and I couldn t have asked for any better or easier way to order merchandise.

Real Thread is a great company. This is one of those companies that you find marketing on social media but there are real people on the other side of the screen!

Their quality of print, service, and available options are among the higher quality material. There aren't many online and even local service that give you the option to print your tags or the kind of foil print. Real Thread offers it and owns it.

All of the work is done through mobile communication but the connection is real. My service rep was very communicative and responded promptly every time.

This has to be THE BEST company I have ever worked with in my lifetime. Literally! I had never heard of Real Thread until I went researching for a place to buy some face masks. I needed 500 masks with logos for work and within a short turnaround time. Liv G., at Real Thread and all her colleagues got us processed in a snap.

I spent about a month looking at tshirt companies online during Covid-19 and picked these guys/gals due to their reviews and due to the fact they could print inside the neck tag. I'm glad I did. They proactively realized they charged me too much and credited me over $300. Wow. I'd like to think I would have realized it but there is a reason why Real Thread has great reviews online.

I have been ordering shirts from Real Thread for a few years and recently did a mask order. Employees and clients love the look and quality of the materials and Real Thread has great customer service. I had a pretty significant problem with one order because I used an email chain from a far older order to initiate a new order, which caused some confusion. Even though it was certainly not entirely Real Thread's fault that the order was incorrect they made it right, immediately, which doesn't happen very often anymore.

I've worked with Real Thread on a few occasions and I am never NOT impressed. Most recently, I ran into some quantity issues and Kim was not only super responsive, but went way above and beyond to get the order corrected in record time.

So, yes. The service is phenomenal. But the product is just as good. Super soft shirts, high quality prints. If you are in need of custom, screenprinted shirts, I don't know why you'd look anywhere else.
