The Real Thread team provided excellent customer service, from the chat with Melanie prior to ordering, to my numerous emails with Liv to get the order right. They were quick to respond to my questions and even managed to offer a quick turnaround. This was my first time ordering from Real Thread, but I will definitely come back for other needs.
