Calls are being attended immediately, but the problem of Internet not connecting is getting repeated. Operator is not responding positively. Either the operator's number is busy or is not attending the call. Please do the needful so that the issue does not repeat itself. Thanking you. Stephen F

Quick installation. Genuine pricing and professionalist staffs. Liked the service.
Staffs Jaffer and Saravanan were very professional and polite. Did their best to install it on timely manner. During the lock down they worked so much to set up the internet. I appreciate the agents very much.

I am using Ready link internet broad band services . I am really happy the way got the support and net speed.Ready Link offers a good Broadband service in a decent price range. So you are looking for a internet connection please once try this.

Review after 2 weeks of usage, Best thing about readylink is that they offer fibernet in areas where there are no other providers and speed is also good and stable. Installation took 3 days after registration and payment. Only thing to note for people who were buying new connection is that FUP includes about download and upload so FUP what they claim is basically half of what they offer, which is not the case with other providers.

Nice experience overall from setting up the conncetion and to make it live..quick backend support and response Hope these people follow the same forever and not like other network providers...

I have called to get connection and the response is very poor

There has been frequent disconnection and there is no proper technician to resolve the issue or answer properly.Response rate is good but not upto the expectation as they dont have skilled resources.

Had poor experience from day 1 and writing my review on 28 th day still issue is not sorted.

I don t recommend ready instead go for other better services available in the market.

I am using ready link for 5 years almost. Usually they respond very fast. But , Recently I raised a complaint for slow network and almost three days and more than 4 tickets but no response from the team.
I have also recharged for longer plans due to which I am struck now. Please check the issue . pleased let me know whom should I contact for escala6

i took 100 Mbps plan for my home,98 Mbps is coming everytime.

Very poor response. Each time a new person attends the phone and expresses his/her ignorance. Net charges are regularly paid through cash to the person authorised for this purpose by Ready link. No body comes on time. Net gets disconnected for the reason that charges are not paid.
Do not wish to continue - pls pay back the deposit charges

First time it is very fine ,Good internet speed at very affordable price.Approached for the New Connection, sales person told it would be activated within 2 days.

Have been using their fiber net connection since June 2016 and I am one of their happiest of customers, and have suggested even to some of my friends. They are good at everything they does. Their customer service is very prompt and always there to help us out over a phone call or even if a visit is needed. The bandwidth of the internet is also splendid

Had applied for internet connection and have not got the connection yet and only hearing excuses. Please don't be fooled by their promises. Expect the refund immediately. Never take this connection.

They are providing 24/7 Customer service with good net speed.

I would this is the worst Internet service provider if you are planning to game using this internet your ping would skyrocket to 300ms. and they limit your download ,upload speed after 10 mins . Its just the plan name is 200 Download and upload but you wont get that speed for more than few mins its better you use the mobile data.

From today morning ReadyLink internet did not work. I had raised a complaint by Readylink app and over the phone. But i did not get any response and issue was not resolved till now. It is very worst customer service. My entire day productivity has loss. I will not recommend Readylink for anyone.

Very bad customer service provider, every month 1st unnecessary disconnect service, Call customer service your not paid payment, but we are payment paid and get confirmation 2 days before,

I have opted for 60 MBPS plan last week, there is frequent dysconnectivity and internet slowness, but there is no proper customer service or tech support to solve the issue. Even the customer service people is not sure of how to solve the issue. Couple of times they disconnected the call telling I will receive a call back, but no call back received. Currently my internet speed is less than 5MB, often I have to restart my reutter and GX to get the connectivity back

Good speed but very bad Ready link App , always when I try to do recharge it takes me very irritating and difficulty

No proper response from the customer care. No intimation before any maintenance work.

Till taking your money they will respond quickly , after that one week no one responded, and now they said they can't provide connection and that they will refund the money, why waste your time and my time? Very unprofessional, already had used them , this didn't happen before

I have signed up for a new connection and had to follow up for more than 3 days and no response from the Readylink representatives. Worst customer service. There is no proactive follow up from the provider. I am not happy and yet to get the service after paying the amount.

Excellent customer service even after office hours . Last week i have complained on VPN connectivity issue while working on a critical project at the middle of the night . Irrespective of the rain, Engineer has arrived within 30 Mins time and found the issues with my DLP software which prevented the VPN connectivity .
Thanks a Lot to Mr.Muthukumar who coordinated with the engineer and help in resolving the issue .

Very bad customer service. Internet often gets disconnected and no one from customer care respond properly. Everytime when internet goes off it will take 2-3 to fix and I have to pay the bill without using it.

Never go for this network provider.

Promised a connection within two days after payment. It s been 9 days still I did not get connection neither a refund. Very poor service and experience. The helpline is of no better help. Highly not recommended.

I applied for an internet connection(speed - 60mbps) from Readylink through Mr.Mahesh (sales executive).He was very prompt,polite and sincere.He arrived on time and promised to finish installation in 3 days' time after payment was made.It's a prepaid connection.

They have a tie up with the local cable TV operators for installing the cables.The installation was done on the second day.

The next process was to finish setup and that was to be done by Mr.Thangadurai(technician from Readylink).He was in constant touch until the installation of cables were done and kept waiting for at least 2 hours to complete the setup.

I got my internet connection ready at around 8.00PM on the second day.Mr.Thangadurai was prompt and sincere.

Everything was as promised.I'm totally happy with their installation.

I recommend Readylink.The only thing is you've got to coordinate with the whole team to get everything set.

It was very good service from readylink during this covid 19 difficult times. arunsuma
