Stressful from beginning to end. Qattro would not fix faulty water proofing in the upstairs bathroom. This is not to mention all their other shoddy work. We will now be going to tribunal.
I had a townhouse in Noarlunga built and the experience overall was very good and I am very happy with the completed townhouse. I had a few minor defects when moving in and they were resolved straight away. The handover was also very good and the staff were very helpful.
Do not build with these criminals. Do you really think these five star ratings below are legitimate? Haha!! They are absolute crooks. Save yourself having to take them to court and just hire a reputable builder!!!!! RUNNNNNNNNNN
The whole process from buying the land to building the townhouse was fairly easy, the end result is a townhouse that looks great and is good quality, any issues were dealt with promptly. A big plus is that it is a proper turnkey house, there are no hidden costs.

Buyer beware!!! Once you sign a contract, they require you return your signed copy to them. At that stage they will remove any pages from your copy that they don't want to include in the build (even some pages of the plans!) You won't realise until you get to handover and you think... wait a minute....
Qattro was fantastic to build with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The quality of their standard specification is great, and the finished product was near-perfect. Their team really work to make the experience as smooth as possible and even the small fixes that needed to be made at hand...
The Qattro team have been most receptive in any queries I had during the build. Any faults were rectified quickly. Compared to other building companies I would happily recommend Qattro's services.
